We happened to be in the area for an appointment when I noticed this place and decided to give it a try. I asked my daughter to book me an appointment, and I’m so glad I did! This place did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was top-tier. You can genuinely tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. We live in Kingwood, but I will absolutely be making the drive back. Lina did an amazing job on my pedicure, very thorough, professional, and relaxing. One of the best massages I’ve ever had! Kelly always remembers my mom’s name and goes out of her way to help me with her due to some mobility and health issues. She pampers her, takes her time, and truly makes her feel great and beautiful by the time she leaves. Isn’t that why you go to a salon? You want to be pampered and feel great! I absolutely love coming here! The customer service is amazing and they always make me feel so welcomed. They even give me coffee while I’m getting my nails done, and if you love strong Vietnamese coffee, you’ll definitely love it here. They really pay attention to what you want and make sure everything comes out perfect. My favorite thing to get is french tips and they always do them so clean and pretty. Definitely my fav nail place !
Kelly did great job with facial very complete in all areas. All of the staff really make you feel special. This is not a place where its rush to get you out of the door. Quality and service resides here.
