This place used to be my go to, which is why my recent experience on 2/6 was so disappointing. I called twice beforehand to confirm the price for builder gel and was told it was $45. While my nails were being done, the technician suddenly told me it would be $60 ($55 for color and $5 just to cut my nails). She then said cuticle cutting would be another $10, which I declined. When I mentioned I was quoted $45 on the phone, she flatly said that’s wrong and changed the total again to $65 with zero explanation. The whole thing felt very scammy. What made it worse is that my friend was not charged extra to shorten her nails or cut her cuticles, and I’ve also never been charged these kinds of add-on fees here in the past. The service itself was unacceptable. The technician made almost every one of my fingers bleed and wiped the blood away with her bare hands, which is a serious sanitation issue. She was careless while filing and scraped the skin under my nails… one finger is now severely inflamed with missing skin chunks. The service was rushed in a packed, chaotic salon. My friend started before me and I somehow finished earlier, which shocked both my friend and her technician. Between the inconsistent pricing, surprise hidden fees, and poor service, I don’t think I’ll be returning. I don’t mind paying $60-70 for a solid manicure, but transparency and good quality services are the most important.

Customer service is great. They always find time to squeeze me in. A little pricy but I did get cat eye. ALS got a pedicure. I like their service that’s why I will continue to treat myself here. Thank you Eva and Patrick

I had such a great experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable and offering helpful suggestions without being pushy. My nail technician Jennifer was incredibly detail oriented and took their time to make sure everything looked perfect. The shape, color, and overall finish came out even better than I expected. I really appreciated how hygienic everything was…tools were properly sanitized, and the workspace was spotless. I go with Jennifer and Amy all the time. Very great. The salon also had a great selection of colors and styles, so it was easy to find exactly what I wanted. On top of that, the pricing felt fair for the quality of service I received.

I am leaving this review to specifically highlight how amazing Thien is as a nail tech and person! She’s so kind and attentive. She looks at the smallest details in every part of the nail process and will go back to ensure things are perfect. I’ve had her twice now for both mani and pedi and if I go back to Polish + Paint I will definitely be asking for her. She’s great!!!!!
