Sign in to reviewThe worst treatment and service in this place, there is no taste in treatment and the final shape is not good, using nails that are smaller than the size of the nail and the glue is a large amount under the nails. At first I asked the employee if you can do this thank you that is in the pictures, she answered with confidence yes and when I started drawing the shape and I was surprised with a completely different shape and she said to me this is it and I cannot do this shape. My order was like the picture that is the blue nail
Crown Royale Nails Lounge is definitely an upscale nail salon which can clearly be seen from the moment you view their glass doors. Upon entering you will find a wine bar, which was not currently serving but adds a beautiful aesthetic. Their pedicure chairs being new looked amazing but they also appeared much larger than some of the salons nearby. (Whether they are more on a pedestal or actually more spacious I will leave to others to determine.) I really liked how the nail counters wrapped around the wall leading back to a table of color options and fish tank. In a back corner you will find another bar-like area which displayed some relaxing scenic views on repeat. The light glowing off the walls adds a lull in the light that also makes this spot extra calming to visit. The nails themselves left much to be desired. I received a Chrome Gel Manicure in preparation for a specific event and before even leaving the salon my thumb had already rubbed some of the Chrome layer off. It then proceeded to last about 3 days before the top coat began to peel. During the visit I also noticed things that make me hesitant to return again. For one, I specifically asked for Acrylic overlay with no tips and found after some deep drilling she had forgotten and tried to add tips. (Her English was immaculate so I know this shouldn’t have been miscommunication.) Additionally the initial polish that went on literally burned my nails to the point they continue to hurt a week later. The Acrylic itself also seemed sloppy to me. There are areas of thickness and bubbles that make the nails look a little “less than” up close. Finally I was not very pleased with the encouragement to post to Facebook in order to receive a discount when the sign outside said there was a grand opening special, as I feel this takes away from the validity of customer statements and reviews. Overall score based more on appearance than nail service.
Super cute and surprisingly spacious place. I got the classic pedicure and a gel acrylic manicure. This is currently my favorite acrylic nails. They're thin but strong. Haven't had nails done for like 10 years! Nails: Amanda Pedicure: Amy Def will come back. ☺️

Wow. This place is magnificent! The owners Dan and Jana are top notch. The employees are super friendly and welcoming. The services they provide are reasonably priced for what you are getting. And lastly the decor inside is AMAZING. You can tell they put a lot of time and effort to treat their customers to a luxurious place.
