I’ve gone to Vivi about four times now and she always kills it! My nails come out perfect every single visit. The whole salon has a friendly, welcoming vibe, and the staff are super nice. Prices are a little on the higher side, but the quality and consistency make it totally worth it. Highly recommend Vivi if you’re looking for a nail tech who truly cares about her work!

I've been seeing Michelle since 2016, and she is truly the best in the business. Her designs are always flawless--clean lines, perfect shaping, and she always somehow brings my inspiration photos to life even better than I imagined. Also I’ve been seeing Vivi as well and she does amazing designs too! She takes her time to give me the perfect set of nails! On top of being incredibly talented, Michelle is so sweet, gentle, and patient. She remembers my style, knows exactly what I like, and always makes the experience feel personal. It's like catching up with a friend while getting the cutest nails every time. This Posh Nails Bar location itself is beautiful--clean, modern, calm, and super well-kept. The whole salon has a relaxing vibe that makes you want to stay longer, and the staff is always welcoming. Absolutely in love with my nails! 💅 The design came out even better than I imagined—so detailed, clean, and perfectly shaped. The technician really took their time to make sure everything was flawless. The service was just as amazing—super friendly, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. I have been a biweekly customer for over a year. Last week the manager ensured me another tech, on the off day of my usual tech, would do a great job on a gel refill. Unfortunately, the result was very disappointing. The manger asked me to return later the same day, after another appointment, and promised the issue would be corrected. However, she also did a poor job. She applied 4 coats of polish, painted over several cuticles, and then blamed the outcome on the nail polish itself. When I called the next day to request a refund for the nail service ( not the pedicure and tip), the owner gave me the runaround. I understand occasional bad polish can happen. I don’t understand polishing cuticles. However, the lack of accountability and appreciation for a loyal customer from both the manger and owner is unacceptable. Because of this experience, we will never return.

Everyone there is so friendly and professional, which always makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Megan does my nails, and she is truly the best! She pays incredible attention to detail and always makes sure my nails are done to perfection. No matter what style I ask for, she delivers every single time. You can tell she really takes pride in her work.
