TLDR: They only do the diagonal cateye, not the ring one. They should have mentioned their limitations when I called ahead to confirm they can do cateye. The place has a bit of a ghetto feel, which can be improved. Overall, they did nice nails, just not what I wanted. Full review below. I like how my nails turned out here. They nailed the shape (no pun intended) and the colour selection was great. I was a bit late for my appointment and they were able to accommodate me, which I appreciated. I have two issues that brought this from 5 stars to 3: 1) They couldn't do the cateye I wanted. I had called ahead and asked if they do cateye and if they had a limitation on what they could do, I would have appreciated knowing at that moment when I called. They can only do the diagonal line cateye, not the ring, although their sample cateye nails all show the option they can't do, which I wasn't informed about until after I made my initial selection. Then the woman was rushing me to make a new selection. Had I known I wasn't going to get what I came for, I would have never come. 2) They removed the plastic covering on two of their cat eye sample books, which made seeing the shade/sheen of the colours much better. For some reason, many of the books still had the protective plastic on top, which made it difficult to see the sample. None of the gel colours had a plastic wrap on them. Normally this is removed and I asked if they could remove it, and they were quite dismissive at my request. When questioned on why they would keep it on, they literally just ignored me. It gave the place a bit of a ghetto vibe, keeping the plastic on. I would recommend that they take it off. Overall, the nails looked nice, but it wasn't what I came there for and considering I called ahead to check if they do cateye, they should have advised re their limitations on that design. So I'm leaving this review so potential customers are aware.

I am posting a picture of my nails they did after 5.5 weeks. They took such good care of the my cuticles and nail shaping. I recall they probably spent almost an hour on just my cuticles and shaping. They were also so kind and made sure I liked my nails before sending me away ☺️ Highly recommend this place for manicure!

I’ve been coming to this place for a few months now because of the consistent service provided by the awesome staff. I like the way my nails come out every time and they take heed to my warnings about having soft skin. I would strongly recommend this place if you’re looking for a spot.

Amazing experience! Ma Tram’s work was very detailed and creative and the attention to precision really shows. My nails look absolutely beautiful—clean, polished, and perfectly done. Acrylic set was $55 plus $5 to take off my old nails. Will come back!
