I was hesitant at first about bringing in outside help for my mom, who has mild dementia and needed more support after I went back to work full-time. But the PHAngels team made the transition so smooth and positive. Their process really shows how much they care about getting it right. The caregiver they assigned, Cielo, is patient, kind, and attentive—she engages Mom in light activities, helps with meals and grooming, and even does some gentle housekeeping so the house stays nice. Mom lights up when Cielo arrives, and that's huge for us. The team checks in regularly to adjust the plan as needed, and everyone from the office to the caregivers feels like an extension of our family. Peace of mind is priceless, and that's exactly what they've given us. Highly recommend Premier Homecare Angels to anyone in Alameda or the Bay Area looking for trustworthy senior care. This review is long overdue for Czarina and her team at Premier Homecare Angels. Right before Thanksgiving 2023, my parents moved in with me and my family after my father had a triple bypass surgery. While he was recovering, my mother was later diagnosed with dementia. My husband and I quickly became overwhelmed with juggling our four school-aged kids with the differing needs of my elderly parents. We shared these challenges with Czarina and with her encouragement and help, she introduced us to Aurora, one of her amazing caregivers. Aurora was meant to assist with caring for my mom. Aurora became our angel at home for the two days/nights she was with us. As a very experienced caregiver, she gave us a brief reprieve in the middle of the week which helped us spend time alone with our kids since we knew my parents were being well cared for at home. Aurora is warm, patient, and loving. She took such good care of my mom and I will be eternally grateful for that. It was a plus that Aurora was a great cook and regularly cleaned my parents’ room and did their laundry. Because she spoke Tagalog, I could hear my mom and her talking for hours during the day. She prepared my parents meals, cleaned up after them, bathed her and helped her in the bathroom. She even went with my mom to the hair salon, and fixed my mom’s hair beautifully after her baths. There came a point when my parents decided to move into a senior community. Czarina was there again to help us. She called around to see what places had openings, walked us through the process of obtaining the necessary forms from Kaiser (and even called the doctor to help us get it signed), and gave us an idea of what to expect in those settings. This was my family’s first experience with a caregiver and searching for a senior home. We were definitely more than satisfied with Czarina’s guidance, as well as Aurora’s kindness and gentle care for our mom. Thank you Premier Angels! Premier cared for my mother after a hospital stay. On very short notice they were able to provide 24/7 care for a week. Communication was excellent. The caregivers arrived timely and really made my mom feel 'seen' which means the world to my Mom and our family members. Not to mention they spoiled her.

The Team at Premier are extremely helpful and supportive. My sister and I don't live close by to our parents so it was important to have caregivers that we felt comfortable with. Premier was like our extended family the last few years. They communicated with us if there were any concerns so that we could attend to it timely or brainstorm on how to fix the issue. With the Pandemic, it was even more important to make certain that our parents were safe and healthy. Premier made certain that was done, including assisting us with doctor appointments. Tedd and Jennifer filled in when necessary which was helpful, as our parents needed care 7 days a week, especially as their health deteriorated. We are thankful and blessed that we had them help our parents and us! We would recommend them.

Premier Homecare Angels has cared for a number of my patients on hospice care and long term care. The caregivers were competent in their job skills with the patient and kind, caring and compassionate to the patient and families! The administrators of the company are present and available to all calls and requests for information. This company is well run, helpful, caring and professional.
