I come here for watch batteries and jewelry cleaning. The prices are very affordable and I’ve never had any issues. I had two 80+ year old rings that needed desperate cleaning and they came out looking brand new!

Their work is shabby. I wish I could go back in time and avoid this jeweler. Lots of marks and scuffs on the ring. I’ve taken it back twice and I’m still finding shabby work they did. Not to mention they filed down delicate details without my permission on my wedding ring enhancer. They filed the basket down, and also filed underneath the ring upwards into the design. The pretty edges of my ring enhancer are gone. . I give up. My rings are ruined. Avoid this jeweler. I’m still upset so I added a photo. My engagement ring doesn’t even fit properly in the basket anymore. It’s so uncomfortable to wear. It was a family heirloom from his mother. I am beyond devastated.

Just pick up 2 - 18k chain & cross for a First Communion gift and so happy with the price and service we received. This is not our first purchase. My family and friends has been shopping here for over 15 years and will continue to do so. This is our only trusted store to buy jewlery and diamonds.

It took me a while to write this review because I wasn’t sure how to go about it. About 6 months ago my fiance and I took her ring here to get resized. Looking back we wanted to just do it quickly but we should’ve gone to the jeweler I bought it from. However her ring didn’t fit and we had an engagement party coming up where everyone would be looking at her ring. Anyways they resized the ring here for around $60-80 if I’m remembering correctly. But the brand new engagement ring that I had save up quite a bit to buy had marks, lines, and splotches all over it that wouldn’t come off. My fiance was distraught. We were upset and had no idea what to do. There were lines, marks that looked like from heat, and there is an infinity twist on it that was completely bent. We were so upset. I am submitting a video of the damage. The ring went down in value considerably after we picked up the ring from these jewelers. The original jeweler was able to remelt snd remake this ring and it was fixed however it was not cheap but worth it because she couldn’t wear a damaged engagement ring for the rest of her life. We were so upset and disappointed that this jeweler damaged the ring with no warning whatsoever. Safe to say we will not be coming back here and we wanted to write this review to warn others.

I brought in two sterling silver rings that belonged to my late father for resizing after having a poor experience and receiving a high quote from another local jeweler. From the start, Bein was very friendly and professional, making me feel confident about choosing this shop. The price they quoted felt fair, and I appreciated that the rings were ready for pickup the very next day. Before I left, Bein pointed out a few existing flaws in the rings, which I found refreshingly transparent. She also mentioned that the silver removed during resizing would be returned to me in case I ever needed to extend the size again—a thoughtful detail I truly appreciated. When I picked up the rings the following day, the staff remembered me and were prompt and professional. The jeweler, whom I didn’t meet, took the initiative to add glue to a turquoise stone on one ring, as they were concerned a previous crack might cause it to fall out. While I appreciated their thoughtfulness and proactive approach, I wasn’t entirely satisfied with how the glue initially looked, as it was slightly messy on the silver. However, they promptly cleaned it up when I brought it to their attention. I’ll need some time to see how the glue holds up and how it affects the appearance over time. If the look worsens, I plan to return and discuss potential solutions, though I’m unsure if the glue can be safely removed. Overall, I appreciated their friendly service, attention to detail, and willingness to address my concerns.
