Weny shopping at HEB in presidio square. As their businesses are in the same shopping center as well. Also went to Little Caesars Pizza in the same shopping center. The service here was deplorable. The gentleman at the speaker could barely speak English and seems to have a problem understanding what we wanted. They tried to service pizzas that were hard as bricks and was cold and tasted like it had been sitting there all day long. My daughter-in-law went in and told them she was pregnant and could not eat said Pizza 🍕. She told them that she was pregnant, and needed fresh food. She asked for our pizza to be recooked with extra light sauce because that is the only way I like it. Go figure when we come home to try it it was full of sauce. I do NOT recommend this location. They do not communicate well here and you have to complain to even get halfway decent service which is still subpar. I usually like Little Caesars pizza but was totally disappointed in this location.
Love the HEB. It's not a megastore but it has the best produce, meat department and bakery !!!
4 stars because 2 main reasons. 1. You don’t have enough checkout lanes open. 2. The parking lot is always crowded and honestly dangerous. Learn how to stock alcohol and Pepsi. You are starting to lean left. We see you. At least 35k of my followers agree with me. Perhaps stage more employees near the checkout area to guide customers to shorter lanes.
Very nasty germly place, over price items.
It has the best place between Hwy 6 and Bellaire Blvd.
