After being away due to my illness, it felt so good to be back at my nail home! Reuniting with Jessica and receiving her amazing nail services again was such a wonderful experience. She never disappoints with her unique designs, and it’s always a pleasure being in her chair. I’m so happy to be back—thank you, Jessica!

This was my first appointment with Jessica at her business. I got a gel pedicure and service was 100/10!! Jessica is very personable and very sweet. Her suite is beautiful and she did an amazing job on my pedicure! Very professional. Definitely will continue going back to receive services!

When I first arrived she was polite but as time went on the energy shifted She knocked my belongings over twice rushing my services. I paid $85 for a gel pedicure that felt like a basic service when it’s NOT. I let her know I wanted French tip on my toes and nails she did not once tell me the price. However I’ve have been getting my nails done for sometime and knew that French tips might be an additional cost. But most nail techs would state the price. And that I only wanted a simple design like a flower on my big toes and for my thumbs which she didn’t do or ask she just did what she wanted. Someone else came in mid service and it was unprofessional that she didn’t communicate anything. She had the TV up loud watching a vulgar show the entire time she did my nails. The acrylic overlay was too thick and left my middle fingers looking wide and a couple of other fingers. She seemed to have an issue with fixing things and her touch was off and not accommodating. Leaving this review is not what I expected to have to do. But she needs to be clear and transparent about prices. How does a French tip and 4 basic designs equate to $100 more. Ridiculous and unnecessary. I’m disappointed most about her behavior and energy. Also her towel heater smelled rotten which was odd as her shop overall was clean. Please see what this smell is.

I recently treated myself to a spa pedicure and manicure at Pretty N Pink Nail Studios, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. Jessica is professional, welcoming, and truly passionate about her craft. The private suite atmosphere was relaxing, clean, and gave me the personalized attention you don’t always get at larger salons. My spa pedicure was incredibly relaxing, and my manicure came out flawless. Jessica pays attention to every detail and takes her time to make sure everything is done right. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. If you’re looking for quality service, a relaxing environment, and beautiful results, I highly recommend Pretty N Pink Nail Studios. I’ll definitely be back!
