We had the pleasure of working with Steve and Kathy to sell our home and buy a new one. They are amazing! Always patient and great at responding to questions (no matter how silly). Kathy gave us a step by step easy guide to getting the house ready and we were under contract in 4 days! They both really treat you like family. Kathy and Steve have been excellent at walking us through the purchase of our new home and sell of our current home and coordinating all of the resources to get both deals done in a timely manner for us, and our family. Wish I could give 0 stars, Currently in a home of theirs that they acquired from the Original land lady Linda C. Never gave us any sort of information or notice about them currently taking over . As well as our lease running out back in 2022😂. As of last week we were told to get out , they’re selling our home. However they keep sabotaging any new Realty companies we apply to get out in the 60 days they gave us. A year ago my partner lost their job and subsequently our rent started to be paid late. But still always paid ! To actual current. But for some reason they’re telling companies we are “less than ideal” … how bout we just be honest. We’ve been great renters for 5 years . (3 of those with no lease) however when Head of House Lost their job they back slid on payments but still made sure to get current always. Help us help yall !!! I’m not even here to mention the lack of effort on the part of getting things fixed or taken care of . Went 3 weeks in the summer with.NO AC . Solely due to the fact it was on yalls time. I could go on and on . They’re beyond unprofessional. And look how defensive they become over bad reviews. They will continue to bully the little guy. I really hope the next homes we apply for don’t reach out to prime reality . They will continue to Sabotage until 60 days are up

We rented a house from them. Called in because our bedroom started flooding. And they sent somebody finally a week after calling them about this flood. Maintenance man was there for five minutes told us they were gonna send somebody to come look at the foundation. It’s been about two weeks. Nobody has came in the flooding got worse. We are still there with a flooded bedroom and our fortunate getting ruined.

Kathy and Steve have walked us through each step of selling our house and buying another. Not knowing much about either they have been patient, pleasant and kind and done so with a smile on their face! I would recommend them to anyone!
