Principle Choice Home Healthcare and Hospice is a home health care service in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, located at 7919 Mid America Blvd Ste 240, Oklahoma City, OK 73135. The business name reflects both home healthcare and hospice, while customer experiences shared here focus mainly on home-based support, nursing, and therapy. For families comparing care options in Oklahoma City, these reviews offer a useful picture of what some clients have experienced, including compassionate assistance and professional interactions, as well as a reminder to discuss insurance and care coordination early. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and closed Saturday and Sunday.

Several reviewers describe receiving help for a parent or spouse during recovery or while living with ongoing health needs. One family mentions nursing services alongside physical therapy and occupational therapy, and says the therapists helped their mother regain strength and mobility. Another speaks appreciatively of home health aides who treated their mother with patience, kindness, and respect before her move to a nursing home. A caregiver supporting a husband with multiple sclerosis also praises the team’s friendly, professional manner and notes that the company had specialists in different areas. These accounts suggest the service may be worth considering for families seeking support at home, while each person’s needs and eligibility will differ.

The comments point to a care experience where personal attention matters: reviewers emphasize gentle nursing care, respectful assistance, and therapists’ work with recovery goals. That may be especially relevant for people arranging care for an older parent, a partner managing a chronic condition, or a loved one rebuilding strength after illness. The feedback is not uniformly positive; one reviewer describes a difficult experience connected to insurance coverage and communication. Because coverage and service arrangements can change, prospective clients may want to confirm current eligibility, required documentation, available services, and how updates will be handled before care begins. These are sensible questions for any home health provider.

For local families searching for home health care in Oklahoma City, Principle Choice Home Healthcare and Hospice can be contacted at its Mid America Boulevard office during weekday business hours. Its public rating is 4.5 from 8 reviews, a small sample that includes differing experiences, so it is best read alongside a direct conversation about the care being considered. Ask which services are appropriate for the individual, what the care team can provide, how scheduling works, and what insurance information is needed. The reviews offer examples of nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and home health aide support, but they do not establish that every service is available in every case. A clear discussion can help families decide whether the agency is a suitable fit.

I have used many home health care agencies for my husband that suffers with multiple sclerosis. Principle Choice has far excelled in every way! The care team is friendly yet professional. This company has specialists in each area rather than hiring agencies to assist. It is so nice to know that the professional entering your home will be the person you saw in that role in the past. I know I can make a quick phone call and rest assured will have the assistance needed.

I'm very sad to report bad on this company. At first they were great! Our insurance cut us off due to needing more information (Soonercare). In less than a week we had it fixed, but she was Soonercare Adult. Starting the first of July, we was going back to the original insurance. They decided to dismiss us due to change of insurance & refusals. When I questioned what refusal, they couldn't tell me. We only refused a new nurse coimg out for bathing assistance. This nurse called a few hours before she wanted to come out. My patient is Austic and change is very hard for her. The previous nurse that had been assisting her, we were told about her before hand from the Head nurse. All my patient would have needed was to hear from the Head nurse explaining the sudden change. This is the only refusal! My patient has a Hickman Central Line, which we were having some issues with. I had reached out to her Dr several times. I never received a return call. This Dr is 2 hours away from us and I had spoken to her face to face explaining our situation. So very frustrated I dismissed this Dr. I told theHead nurse this. So the Head nurse decided to call them, after my dismissal of them. They talked about my patient might need a "Port a cath". My patient had already been advised by 3 Dr.s not to have this done. Needless to say my patient said she refused to have this done. I could tell the Head nurse didn't like that, as she got very quiet and didn't speak of that anymore. I did not question the Head nurse as to why she even called them after I dismissed them. We loved this company! But now we're back to square 1. Finding home health that provides all we need is very hard. .

I can’t say enough good things about the home health aides from Principle Choice Solutions who cared for my mom before she moved into a nursing home. Every one of them showed genuine compassion and professionalism, treating her with patience, kindness, and real respect. Knowing she was in such caring and capable hands gave our family true peace of mind, and we’re incredibly grateful for the support they gave during such an emotional time. I highly recommend! 💙

This company took such great care of my mom when she was recovering. She had nursing services, Physical Therapy, and Occupational Therapy. She gained so much strength and mobility back with her therapists. The nursing staff was very kind and gentle with her. We had a wonderful experience over all! Thank you!
