Pro Express Automotive

Pro Express Automotive is an auto repair shop at 3100 N Pennsylvania Ave in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (73112), offering drivers a local place to bring everyday vehicle concerns and repairs. Customer feedback points to a team that takes time to diagnose problems, explain what they find, and help customers understand the work their vehicles need. The shop has a 4.6-star rating from 113 reviews, reflecting experiences from local drivers as well as visitors passing through the area. Whether you are maintaining a car you have owned for years or sorting out an unexpected issue with a newer used vehicle, Pro Express Automotive is a practical option to consider in Oklahoma City.

The customer reviews describe a range of repairs and diagnostic visits rather than a single specialty. Reported work includes addressing dim headlights, motor fans running continuously, worn motor mounts, and a battery problem that initially seemed like a possible starter or battery issue. These examples show the kinds of concerns customers have brought to the shop, but the right repair depends on an inspection of your own vehicle. If a warning sign appears or a part is not working as expected, calling ahead can help you discuss the issue and ask about the next available time to bring your car in.

Customers repeatedly mention Bill and Herman by name, describing them as helpful and approachable. Several reviews highlight quick diagnosis, a clear explanation of what was wrong, and work completed within the estimated timeframe. One visitor from Hot Springs, Arkansas, says the shop checked a sudden cooling-fan problem promptly and had the vehicle repaired in about two hours or less, at what they considered a very fair price. Other reviewers describe being contacted after dropping off a car and learning what repairs were needed. Timing can vary by vehicle and workload, so it is sensible to ask for an estimate and schedule when you call.

Pro Express Automotive may suit Oklahoma City drivers looking for direct communication and attentive help with a specific vehicle problem, including people who want to understand a diagnosis before approving a repair. The reviews also suggest that the team has helped returning customers with different vehicles over time. Its location on N Pennsylvania Avenue makes it an option to look into for drivers in and around Oklahoma City, while the reported customer experiences offer useful context rather than a guarantee of any particular result. Share the symptoms you have noticed, your vehicle details, and any timing needs when you contact the shop.

The shop is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; it is closed Sunday. These hours provide weekday availability as well as a shorter Saturday window for customers who cannot visit during the workweek.
