Sign in to reviewRushed my gel manicure, no attention to detail, was not able to clean the edges of my cuticle line after asking THREE times politely. Left incredibly dissatisfied with the service and attitude.
It's a really a FIND for people who wants the perfection and who suffers an ingrown nails. I can't speak about all people working there, just do not know, but Lilly is a master! My nails are always getting so many compliments on the quality and style!
Waited 2 months to make permanent makeup appt (technician was out of town), I arrive on time and am always kept waiting. Technician had no idea what I wanted due to language barrier. I supplied photos and ample explanation. We decided on a color that would be natural on me (light brown) she ended up using black. The appt cost $300 and people keep asking if I used an eyeliner pen to paint it on 😒 Luckily, half of it faded within a week, but that's just left the remaining looking spotty and even less natural. I returned for my follow-up/touch-up hoping to correct the issue, but my appt was muddled by another client with a similar sounding name and I got bumped. RE-booked my appt, but was canceled due to technician falling ill. (Not her fault at all, but I'm still walking around with black ink on my face, and they only have the 1 tattoo tech) *If the follow-up/touch-up wasn't included in the original price, I would NOT be returning here. There will be NO photos of this embarrassment posted.
I was really, really surprised with the quality work they did here. I'll start off by saying I wanted to save a few bucks on a shellac mani and I called around until I heard them $21 and I was sold. The place is super small and not very clean...honestly I questioned the sanitary factor and if they even sterilized their materials. Still questionable, but I didn't end up with any creepy diseases, so I'm not complaining. Not a lot of colors to choose from, but the ones they do have are pretty. The lady doing my mani didn't speak much English, but she was sweet and she did an incredible job cleaning my cuticles and filing my nails. She painted a few coats of polish and when it was done it really looked amazing. Here's the kicker--the polish lasted nearly 3 weeks without chipping! I bang my nails to pieces--typing on the keyboard, working out, eating, etc...and yet they didn't chip. For a cheap gel mani, I'd try this place out. I'll definitely go again.
Horrible customer service. Walked in (which sign states WALK INS WELCOME) they’re we’re only 2 customers in the store with 3 workers. Asked for the wait for two pedis the lady at the front desk said they don’t have time for walk ins because they’re booked (BUT ONLY HAVE 2 CUSTOMERS IN THE SALON). Had another person in my party go inside & request a service they told her just a few minutes. Won’t be returning here!
