Ying did a great job with my cat eye request, she's uptodate with trends in China and makes great recommendations for cute nail colors. She has great attention to detail and made sure I liked the shape and colors before moving onto any next steps. Would recommend!!

I’ve tried to give this place a few chances but it’s still too inconsistent at this point to go back and the charging tactic is lame for customers. Before you even get your massage they charge you upfront for both the service fee and the tip. So there’s no incentive to give a good massage. And they use the same predatory tipping system other places now do where the minimum tip to select is 30%, way above the standard normal tipping range. Finally they have a serious issue with background noise of their staff relative to their massage rooms. The lady took me to a room in the back that seemed literally right next door to their staff break room. I had to hear their staff talk to each other the entire time I had my massage and it was so loud and obtrusive I questioned if the door was even closed at times. Had to go to a different place just a few days later to get a proper massage I had been hoping for originally here. It’s too bad as the facility inside seems nicely put together, but I think they’re relying a little too much on that. Also the towel/blanket setup, whatever it is that supposed to cover you is confusing. It’s barely enough to cover you so your left wondering how to set yourself up prior to the start.
