Very disappointed with the customer service at this Indian grocery store. One of the female staff members was very rude and disrespectful when speaking to customers. Customers should be treated politely and respectfully. Unfortunately, my experience was very unpleasant, and I would not recommend this store. I didn’t come there to disrespect or start an argument with anyone. I was simply asking about my concern and trying to explain the situation. If the time written there was erased by someone, that was not my fault. I also tried to speak respectfully, so the whole situation should be explained instead of only blaming the customer. Being a customer doesn’t mean we are always right, but staff should also treat customers with respect and professionalism.
I have been there 3–4 times, and this lady has been very rude to me and even spoke very disrespectfully to my child. I’m not the only one who has had this experience with her. This has happened more than once. I always try to be respectful, but I expect the same respect in return.
Glad to see it reopen after 2 1/2 years. Looks great inside. Nice. Clean, roomy and bright. Congratulations. Love the sweets counter and fresh vegetables. The Jalebi was good.
If I could, I would give ZERO stars. I want to share this to make others aware . I purchased a snack from this location that was expired at the time of sale. After consuming it, I experienced food poisoning symptoms. This is a serious health and safety concern. Selling expired food is lazy and careless. Do your job and check expiration dates. This is embarrassing. Customers should not be put at risk due to expired products.
The customer service here is very poor. Whenever you ask about something, they often just say, “We don’t have it.” Especially on Fridays and Saturdays, the staff can be very rude and disrespectful toward customers. I had a very unpleasant experience here. I would not recommend this store to others.
