Q Nails is a nail salon at 4425 Park Rd Ste 150 in Charlotte, NC 28209, serving people looking for nail care in the Park Road area. Customer feedback points to services including dip powder nails, nail art, and pedicures. Reviews describe experiences with different nail technicians, so the details of a visit may depend on the service requested and the person providing it. The salon has a 4.5-star rating from 1,196 reviews, offering a broad picture of local customer experiences rather than a guarantee that every appointment will be the same.

Dip nails and custom designs are among the services mentioned by customers. One reviewer praised Kim for completing dip nails quickly and being kind and conversational; another said Kim had created several challenging designs over an eight- to nine-month stretch. These comments suggest Q Nails may suit someone seeking dip powder or bringing a specific design idea to discuss. A separate customer noted that the staff took their time and did a good job. As with any salon, it can help to show reference photos and confirm the shape, color, and finish you want before work begins.

Customer experiences are mixed, and that context is useful when deciding whether Q Nails is right for you. Some reviewers describe friendly staff and satisfying results, while others report waiting beyond their appointment time, rushed or uneven shaping, or dissatisfaction with a pedicure. One reviewer also found it difficult to communicate preferences directly with the nail technicians, while noting that the front desk employee spoke English. If you have detailed requests, accessibility needs, or a tight schedule, consider explaining them when booking and confirming them with the salon before your service. This can help make expectations clear, though it cannot guarantee a particular outcome or timing.

Q Nails is open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Its Charlotte location is at 4425 Park Rd Ste 150, Charlotte, NC 28209. The range of reported experiences makes it sensible to ask about the service you want, the expected appointment length, and any design or pedicure details before settling in. For locals comparing nail salons in Charlotte, Q Nails offers dip nails, nail-art experiences, and pedicure services reflected in customer reviews, along with a substantial body of feedback to consider. A clear conversation about your preferences can help you decide whether the salon’s services and scheduling fit your visit.

The ladies here took their time and did a great job. But a couple of things that just weren’t great…. For one, no one spoke English except the front desk girl and she was busy. It was impossible to communicate to the women doing my nails and toes about color or anything at all. I couldn’t turn my chair on because of doing my nails in the chair during the toes, so my back was sunken in and super uncomfortable. They saw me struggling but didn’t do anything. They also didn’t offer me any drink like they did a girl next to me. The cherry on top though, was I got gel on Thursday, went to a conference this weekend, no swimming or anything, and my paint came off last night which was Monday on left thumb. I am already back in my home state so I cannot go to get it fixed. This really isn’t good. And edit: now paint came off on right thumb (Tuesday night), and probably rest of toes and nails soon.

I have multiple reasons why I will not be returning. 1) I was 10 minutes early and had to wait 20 min past my scheduled appointment time (30 mins total) as the nail tech I requested took another person very close to my time. 2) I came in …

Everything is just a mess. The toes look crazy (I wasn’t even asked what type of pedicure I wanted by the way) the nails not properly shaped , uneven and just rushed. This was my 1st and last time here. Everyone seemed to be nice, but for $118 totally not worth it at all……looks a mess I mean seriously this isn’t even a day after smh. This isn’t the worst set I’ve had but pretty close ESPECIALLY my feet…I literally only have white polish nothing extra and that was poorly done.

Had an amazing experience with Kim. She did my dip nails in 20 minutes which was SO fast. Very kind asking my name and about myself which you don’t typically get at salons. I had stopped getting my nails done because I’m an entrepreneur with not a lot of extra time. She was so fast I will definitely be back to see her

Kim is one of the best nail artists. I’ve been getting my nails done from her since the past 8-9 months. She does all the difficult designs I show her. Truly the best!
