I went here for the first time the other night and there were a lot of things I like about this restaurant but there were a couple things that definitely could be better. The food did taste fresh which is great and the food also came out in a very timely manner. The restaurant was very clean and felt pretty spacious. The service was okay. I guess it's what you would expect from eating in Little Saigon. The servers were very nice but definitely not very attentive. I had to seek them out for any little thing I needed. Also for being my first time at this restaurant they did not explain how it worked with making your own rolls or anything. That was a little frustrating but we figured it out quickly. The french fries were delicious but if you are going to charge $9 for French fries it should be a decent quantity. The amount of french fries that we got versus the price was a little ridiculous. Add a $9 price point it what is approximately the size of a medium McDonald's french fry. I highly suggest that either lower their price or double the amount of french fries in that order. Also the container that they had the fries in was extremely dirty and sticky. The Bun Bo Hue was not good unfortunately. It did not really taste like traditional Bun Bo Hue. If they did not Market it as that soup then I would say it tastes fine. But the fact that they called it Bun Bo Hue made me feel like it lacked a lot of depth. Also I ordered the BunBo with no meat...and the price waa around $12... again at that price point I expect a lot more noodles. I feel like they were really skimping out. As you see in my photo listed below I scooped all of the noodles up on my Chopstick when they put the bowl down and there was hardly any noodles for the size of that bowl. I personally feel that this is a type of restaurant that is novelty. You go there once just to say you've done it but after that I'm not sure if I would go back as of right now.

Went there about 4 pm, no line at all. The parking is hard to find for weekday afternoon as there are a big strip mall with many stores/ businesses. We ordered the tower with lemongrass pork and a side order of pork belly. Tower with lemongrass pork : good thing wrap. Dipping sauce is awesome. I find the sauce i best i ever had in any Vietnamese restaurants. The pork is kinda fatty, so quality is not what i expected. I love the veggies plate, especially the bean sprouts that already cooked. Crispy pork side dish : crispy and give good amount of it Bun bo hue with rib bones: good flavor but could be more tender. They provide the scissor which make it easier to eat off the bones but if it was more tender, i would have been fallen of the bones itself. Price : normal Portion : normal Decoration of the restaurant: normal

I wanted to visit Quan Nhii specifically because this famous YouTuber named “Phuc Map” hyped it up on his channel. The service was nice and quick. The inside was a bit modern looking but still average and clean. I got their popular “Bánh Ướt Heo Quay” which includes 10 rice paper plates topped w/ minced shrimp + chives, side of crispy pork beliy ($19.95). The special part about it is that they give you the ingredients and you basically make the roll on your own which is pretty cool. The flavor of everything was just okay to me. Good, but just okay. The pork belly wasn’t crispy enough for me, and the portions of the meat and veggies were a bit small for the price in my opinion. I feel like this place was a bit overhyped and overpriced for the quality, but it was still good.

Amazing Bánh Ướt and Modern Vibes! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Quán Nhii is a must-visit in Little Saigon! Their Bánh Ướt (steamed rice rolls) are incredibly fresh and thin. I love the "build-your-own" style—the crispy pork belly (Heo Quay) is perfectly crunchy and pairs so well with the rice sheets and fish sauce. We also tried the Basil Fries and the fried chicken wings, which were seasoned perfectly. The studio-style decor is bright and clean, making it a great spot for a group lunch. Service was fast and friendly. Definitely coming back to try more of the menu!

Foods were great! Service wasn't that great. Asked 2x for the water besides that everything went smooth. Don't use Yelp for waiting list, just ask the server. Wasted out time waiting like a dummy while other party walked in and got seated right waway.
