Customer reviews mention services including gel nails, natural-nail fills, full sets, pedicures, mood polish, and nail designs. Reviews also mention eyebrow work, with one returning customer praising May's eyebrow results. Because customer experiences differ, clear communication is especially helpful when booking or arriving. Several reviews speak warmly of staff members including Nancy, Lynn, LeAnna, and May, while other reviewers raise concerns about cleanliness, color matching, pricing, and whether a requested design or shape was delivered as expected. The available feedback describes a mixed atmosphere and service experience rather than a single, consistent picture. Clients with a precise inspiration photo, preferred technician, or specific gel shade may benefit from confirming the service, shape, color, and expected cost before work begins.

Queen's Nail has a 3.2-star rating from 181 reviews, offering a useful, varied record for prospective San Leandro clients to read before choosing a salon. It may suit people who value a local location, Sunday hours, and access to commonly requested nail services such as gel, fills, full sets, and pedicures. Since reviews reflect both positive repeat visits and notable service concerns, a clear consultation can help align expectations, particularly for custom designs or color-sensitive appointments. Whether you are scheduling a regular fill or trying a new look, Queen's Nail is a San Leandro, CA nail salon where asking questions upfront can help you decide whether the service approach fits your needs. Reading individual comments alongside the overall score can add context, because they describe different technicians, services, and expectations.

I want to share my experience from this week. My usual salon was closed on Sunday, so I stopped by this place. I regret going because it didn't look very clean. I asked for gel on my nails in a natural pink color. I waited for the color, and they told me that was the natural color (just clear gel). So why did they give me the color book to choose from if they were just going to put on whatever they picked? On Wednesday, the gel chipped off one of my nails, and I went to get it fixed. They did it reluctantly. They left me waiting under the nail dryer for more than 10 minutes until the woman came back and said, "It's ready, you can leave." I just got up and left. I didn't want to argue because she messed it up again; it's like a hole at the tip of my nail. I will never go back to this place. I think some of the employees do a good job, but that day, a man who wasn't very sociable did my manicure. So far, this is the most unhygienic place I have ever seen.

I have never gotten my nails done before so I had no experience or know what to expect.Kevin was my nail tech, and when I was recommended Holly or Nancy and I don’t know happened but I was told Kevin was going to do my nails. I asked for the photo below but almond shape I asked if he could do it and he said yes and this is what I got. Those cut marks weren’t there before and there was no scissors involved. He cut me multiple times with the Dremel drill and the emery board. I don’t know if that normal but my hands really hurt and can’t pick up anything cause the sides of my nails will bleed. And the paint job makes me wanna cry, it’s really bad I might be getting engaged soon and I don’t want my nails to look like this. I have no idea if this a normal experience, but I’m not coming back.

They are rude and do trash work wanted to charge me $50 for a fill on my natural nails. Also argued with me saying the color they put on my mom hands is the same as toes but it just shows different than when I proof it's not the same color they kept saying it's not they fault it's the package company. Just made me real mad and they didnt tell me it was cash only. Ugh I ended up getting my feet done for $35 it wasnt worth it at all. I will never give back to this shop
