Dresses stand out in customer feedback, with shoppers mentioning that they own several and like them. Reviews also point to attentive, personalized help as a possible part of the experience: one customer praised Tiffany’s eye for color and her ability to recommend dresses suited to the shopper’s complexion and preferences. That reviewer described the assistance as patient and efficient, and said the selection process took about ten minutes. Other visitors have called staff helpful and friendly, while some reviews report less positive customer-service experiences. As with many individual shopping visits, the experience can vary, so it may help to ask questions about fit, sizing, and what is currently available.

Tiffany was amazing to work with. She has such a great eye for color and immediately recommended dresses that worked beautifully with my skin tone. She was incredibly patient, efficient, and understood exactly what I was looking for. The entire process only took about 10 minutes, and I ended up finding the perfect gown for my graduation photos. She made dress shopping feel effortless and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
I have a few dresses from here. I like them. But I will say a LOT of their stuff is not size-inclusive. I am a US size 10-14, which believe is the AVG. Women’s size now, depending on brand. I feel that if this store just sized up to a XL, it would be so much more inclusive. And I’m Asian, 5’6, 38B bra size if that helps paint the sizing. On reflection, yes it’s usually the bust size that’s the issue. I feel every thing I have bought from here is just ever so slightly too small, but it’s pretty so I deal with it. Price wise, fair. No complaints about service.
I visited this store a while ago with my wife. There’s no doubt that the clothes are beautiful and well-designed. However, we still cannot forget our unpleasant experience before, hence we are never visiting here again. The seller (I forgot the name, but she was Asian—just to note, we are both Asians as well) was quite disrespectful to us. Without asking for our permission, she stamped "non-refundable" on our receipt. She also misled us: during our first visit, she mentioned that the product was eligible for a discount, but when we returned to purchase it, she acted as if she had never said that. We eventually bought the clothes without a discount, but it was quite unpleasant. Additionally, she made some racially insensitive comments, saying, "Asian customers (like us) are more honest and kind than others." I found this not only inappropriate but also disrespectful to non-Asian customers. Not sure if the seller whom we met is still working there, but due to your short-term mindset, you lost a customer. Do you think this was a smart and respectful way to act? Do you believe this approach will be effective in long run? I hope you choose to be more respectful toward your customers in the future.
Lovely experience. SA very helpful and friendly. Very pretty + nicely made dresses.
The clothes here are cute and looked to be good quality, but the customer service is sorely lacking. …
