Reviews mention customers returning over several years, a positive sign for drivers who value an ongoing relationship with a local shop. One reviewer specifically recommends the business for its professional, welcoming service, while another praises the owner for keeping customers informed. Feedback also refers to tire service and economical tires, giving prospective visitors a concrete topic to ask about. The available information does not list specific bodywork, paint, collision, or mechanical services, so it is best to contact QUICK FIX AUTO REPAIR directly to confirm whether the shop handles your particular vehicle concern.

The overall rating is 4.6 from 10 reviews, though individual experiences vary. Several customers share positive comments about service and communication; one reviewer, however, reports waiting nearly a month for a vehicle and being dissatisfied with customer service. That concern is worth keeping in mind if you have a time-sensitive repair. Before leaving your car, ask for an estimated completion date, how updates will be provided, and what to expect if the work takes longer than planned. Clear expectations can help you decide whether the shop fits your needs.

QUICK FIX AUTO REPAIR is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; it is closed Sunday. The weekday evening hours and Saturday availability may be useful for people balancing work, family, or other commitments. Because schedules and service availability can change, confirm the details with the shop before making a special trip. You can also describe the issue in advance and ask whether an appointment or a particular assessment is recommended.

For Charlotte drivers comparing local auto repair options, QUICK FIX AUTO REPAIR offers a neighborhood location, posted weekday and Saturday hours, and customer accounts that highlight both helpful communication and a reported delay.
