Kudos to Quoc for an overall great and successful experience closing on a home as my buyer's rep. I'm a particular guy who's close to the details, and despite all of the Q's i had for Q and the seller, his patience and responsiveness helped me stay focused despite my busy schedule, narrow timelines, and ultimately helped move the deal to the finish line. On closing day, he showed up to make it a low stress memorable experience. Even after moving in, he made sure I got everything I needed from the seller. Quoc was our realtor for buying a new-to-us-home. He met with us in person to get to know us and gathered information on the house features desired by my husband and me. He sent us links to houses that matched our search criteria and also was readily willing to schedule showings for us during the day and evening. He had and explained all the paperwork for making the offers and when we were in a bind, even helped us find a lender. He kept us informed every step of the way, with the good and the bad news!! We enjoyed our experience so much, we also had Quoc help us with selling our property. He explained different aspects of the selling process and answered a lot of questions since this was our first sale. He had a professional photographer who took pictures that made our house look even more beautiful than it was. He even made a cool promotional video. We had an amazing open house right after we listed. He attended both days which isn't common these days for listing realtor to be at open houses. We had several offers come in since the listing was posted and were able to accept an offer and close very quickly. Definitely consider Quoc for either buying or selling!!
