The ladies here are amazing! They’re so helpful and good at picking out what will look good on you! Not to mention their awesome, cheerful energy rubs off on you, they made my day! And they have the most beautiful dresses!
My experience while shopping in Qwashae Boutique was great. I would rate the customer service at a 10. The atmosphere in the store was very pleasant. The owner was attentive and very helpful. You will love shopping at this Boutique!!!
Dresses are made of poor material. And "owner" was very rude. She charged us $20 for a broken zipper and there is no where in the store that says customers must pay for damaged items. The whole situation was embarrassing and ridiculous. They sell $200 dresses that cannot even zip up. Its very funny how they continue to lie in their response. Never once did she ever offer assistance. Because I was personally watching her outside the fitting room helping another customer. And I 100% guarantee no charges were pressed. The officers even laughed and said they were ridiculous. She even told the police there were no signs saying we had to pay $20 for damages. Point is DO NOT SHOP HERE. Its okay God sees ALL things. And I pray against every lie of the enemy that came out of out that womans mouth. In Jesus name. God loves you!
