Sign in to reviewDo not go here. They do the bare minimum to clean the exterior and pay zero attention to the interior. How do I know this? Because they scratched up my infotainment screen on a 500-mile car. You know how hard it is to scratch a glass screen? My Fitbit, which I have been throwing around and not caring for the past two years, doesn’t have a scratch like this.
Took my car here for the first time and I had an awesome experience! The staff was very friendly and communicative. The work was completed very timely. Overall, the staff was very honest. When I dropped the car off the advisor mentioned that my car recommended some additional services that I wasn’t expecting to do. But since my car is getting older, I thought it would be smart to do it, if it was necessary. So I said yes. When I picked up the car, the team advised me that they did not do one of the services, because the fluids were in great condition and to replace it would have been unnecessary…and thus an unnecessary charge for me. They could’ve easily done the service and charged me for it, but because it wasn’t necessary they didn’t. This is an example of true integrity and it’s really encouraging to see businesses still operating in this way today. They gained a customer for life today.
We recently brought our vehicle in, Dodge Journey for a check on the noise our car was making. We got a call later on telling us the engine mounts were the issue and it would be $900 to fix it. We are from Canada so we were told it would make it home so we waited and took to our mechanic. We were shocked to hear that there was nothing wrong at all with the engine mounts. It was a simple relay switch that cost $30. The mechanic was an older man and he should retire since it’s obvious he has no idea what he’s doing! I will never bring my car there again for mechanical work.

My Tesla had a slow leak and I found a construction screw in a tire. I put in a Tesla service request and explained it was just a screw in the tire and needed a plug. But no, Tesla want to give me a new tire for $500 (4/4/2024 price)! Called Santiago Hills Car Care and they said to bring it in. Arrived and in fifteen minutes they fixed it and the price was very reasonable. It made my day and I'll be going back for tires when it's time.
