R & M AUTO REPAIR LLC

R & M AUTO REPAIR LLC is an auto repair shop at 1027 SE 82nd Ave in Portland, OR. Drivers looking for a local place to discuss a repair, get a vehicle checked, or arrange auto service can find the shop on SE 82nd Avenue. The business is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Its 4.8-star rating from 17 customer reviews offers a useful snapshot of how customers describe their experiences, with comments often emphasizing attentive service, clear explanations, and reasonable prices.

The reviews mention work on a 2011 Ford Edge, strut repair, and service for older vans, alongside broader references to auto services. Customers describe staff who take time to listen and explain what they find, including one customer who brought in a recently purchased used car for an assessment. That reviewer appreciated receiving a candid account of the vehicle’s condition. For people who feel uncertain about a repair or are trying to understand a mechanic’s recommendation, this kind of communication can make it easier to decide what to do next. The shop’s bilingual staff are also noted in a customer review, which may be helpful for drivers who prefer to discuss vehicle concerns in more than one language.

A recurring theme in customer feedback is value. One reviewer said another shop had quoted $1,500 for work that R & M completed for $500; other customers mention reasonable pricing and work finished sooner than expected. These are individual experiences, not a guarantee of what a particular repair will cost or how long it will take, so it is sensible to contact the shop about your vehicle and ask what an estimate includes. Reviewers also describe the team as kind, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable, with particular appreciation for the care given to an older van and a family’s Ford Edge.

R & M AUTO REPAIR LLC may suit Portland drivers who value a straightforward conversation, practical repair guidance, and a welcoming shop experience. It is also worth considering if you need help with a strut repair or want a vehicle concern evaluated, while confirming that the shop handles your specific make, model, and service need. Before visiting, call or check directly for current availability, pricing, and service details. The listed address is 1027 SE 82nd Ave, Portland, OR 97216.
