We visited Rai Lay on our day trip to Charlotte, and I am so glad we did. Our family got the basil fried rice, red curry, pad thai, and beef pho. All of these dishes were excellent. We have gone to many thai places, but this is one of the best ones we have been to. Each dish had large portions and excellent flavor. Prices were great especially for Charlotte. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the area.

I am an out of town visitor. This restaurant smelt great! I went in and asked the server what his favorite thing on the menu is- he said The Vietnamese Fried Rice. So I ordered it. …

This was my first time here. The spring rolls and the drunken noodles were my favorite dishes. The spring rolls were crispy without feeling greasy, and the drunken noodles had a great balance of flavor. Our food came out much faster than I expected, and the staff was friendly throughout our visit. The only downside was that the restaurant felt quite warm inside. I’m not sure if the air conditioning wasn’t working properly.
