CINDY was AMAZING. #OhMyGosh I feel 10x better. I got the 90-minute Deep Tissue / Stretch Thai Massage and it was definitely the way to go. Cindy worked out a lot of tightness in my back and shoulders and had me feeling completely refreshed. Huge shoutout to Cindy and Rama Thai Massage for getting me in as a walk-in and delivering a phenomenal massage. This honestly made my stay in San Diego even more special. I’ve definitely got a spot to come back to whenever I visit my family here again.

My husband and I booked a 90 minute appointment for our first time trying Thai massage. I have my go-to place where I get sports massages but I was curious to try out Thai. We both enjoyed our time! Parking: They have their own parking lot, though it’s a bit smaller. We booked on a Saturday appointment at 12pm and there were only a few spots left. They only have one entrance, so they don’t connect from the main parking lot behind— just a heads up. Price: $100 for 90 minutes or $95 if cash— which is a great price. We signed up for the $10 discount for first timers and put the code in when we booked online. But upon check in, they told us that the code only works for Monday-Thursday, which was disappointing since that wasn’t listed anywhere on their website nor was it mentioned when we booked. Experience: We were in a couples room and there seemed to be a handful of rooms available. Shout out to Polly and Sara for being our therapists! They did a great job and they really dug in my problem areas. I enjoy medium to hard pressure and Polly delivered. What stood out to me the most was that after being on our back, they put Peppermint essential oil on our neck and shoulder, which felt amazing! At any other massages, my sinuses are usually so stuffy when I flip on my back but the essential oil cleared everything up. I’d like to point out however that the walls are very thin. So when people walked down the hall, you can hear them talking. Afterwards, they served tea and water. Overall: We enjoyed our first time getting Thai massage and we’d consider coming back again!

I received a gift card to try Rama Thai (Little Italy) and wasn’t sure what to expect based on the handful of very negative reviews. I’d like to add my experience to all of the positive ones! It is a “no frills” setting, but the massage bed was large, clean, and heated. My masseuse greeted me, offered me a restroom visit before my service, and asked my pressure preferences. Other than that, I was left to relax during the 90 minute massage (besides two or three check-ins on how things were going). The massage was very thorough and worked out so much of the tension throughout my body. I will definitely visit again, and wish I got the name of the person who provided such a great service!

I went Rama Thai for 1.5 hr massage with my daughter’s gift certificate gift for Christmas. It was nice tor the manager to let me use for this session including a first time client discount as well. The girl that massage me was rough, it would have been perfect if she was slower and gentle that would allowed me to relax a little. I got the massage with a lavender aroma but I couldn’t hardly smell it during the session. Aromatherapy meaning you’ll be able to breath it but I didn’t except when I asked her to put her hand under the massage table for me to inhale it. It was an okay experience. I’ve had a more perfect relaxing massage before that was not painful or uncomfortable yet relaxed every muscle of my body.

One of the best massages I’ve had in a while. Polly was excellent—she focused on all the right areas and really took her time. You can tell she knows what she’s doing; her technique was precise and detailed. It was very relaxing, and I felt a lot less tense afterward. The atmosphere there was great too—it honestly felt like being transported to Thailand for a bit. I left feeling refreshed and would definitely book with her again.
