For prospective buyers, the customer experiences shared here point to practical, person-to-person guidance: listening to what a client wants, explaining unfamiliar steps, and staying involved as decisions move toward closing. Home buying can feel complicated, especially for a first-time buyer, so clear explanations and a responsive point of contact can make a meaningful difference.
Reviews mention several agents by name, including Grant, Rhonda King, and Kristie. One buyer said Grant helped make a process they expected to take many months come together in about three months, and described the purchase as smooth. Another reviewer appreciated his support from a lender introduction through talking over the final decision, including help with a purchase they had thought might be beyond reach. These are individual customer accounts, not a guarantee of timing, financing, or results, but they offer a concrete sense of the assistance some clients experienced. Reviewers also describe feeling welcomed and supported throughout their transactions.
Other feedback highlights patience and communication. A customer praised Kristie for listening carefully to what they wanted, finding a home that fit, and explaining how the home-buying process worked for someone new to it. A separate reviewer described Rhonda King as dedicated and expressed strong satisfaction after closing. Together, these comments suggest Realty Of America - Oklahoma may be worth considering for buyers who value an agent willing to talk through choices and make an unfamiliar process easier to understand. The agency's public rating is 4.7 out of 5 from 83 reviews, though experiences are not identical: one reviewer raised serious concerns involving a transaction, contract, and broker oversight. Prospective clients may want to discuss expectations, responsibilities, and communication directly before proceeding.
For someone comparing real estate agencies in Oklahoma City, the available feedback provides specific points to ask about: how an agent learns your priorities, what guidance is available during a purchase, how lender introductions work, and how questions or concerns are handled through closing. Realty Of America - Oklahoma's weekday office hours may suit clients who can connect during standard business hours; the office is closed Saturday and Sunday. Whether you are buying your first home or navigating a later move, consider contacting the agency to learn whether its approach fits your needs, budget, timeline, and preferred level of support. The reviews describe both positive experiences and a serious complaint, so a direct conversation can help you make an informed choice.

If you’re looking to buy a new home then Grant is who you want! He and his team made what we thought would be months and months of a process get completed for us in about 3 months! We just purchased our new home with Grant and it was smooth sailing! Grant truly made us feel like part of the family!
Grant went above and beyond through the whole process. What I thought might’ve been out of reach for me, he helped make happen. From getting me in touch with a great lender to helping talk through the final decision, he was there the whole way. He made the process smooth and easy. I’d definitely work with him again and will be recommending him to anyone looking to buy.
EDIT: Grant suggested we rent the house instead. Absolute joke. His review response is also FULL of lies. Grant Wortman and Holly King - shame on the both of you. ——— Breach of contract, ethical failures, and complete lack of broker oversight. We entered into a legally binding contract to purchase a home listed by Holly King, an agent at Chamberlain Realty LLC who was also the owner of the property. While we were aware she was acting as both seller and listing agent, her own broker, Grant (the owner of Chamberlain Realty), had no idea she held both roles — a serious failure of disclosure and oversight. Just 10 days before our scheduled closing, Holly suddenly claimed there was an IRS lien and said the sale could no longer proceed. We did our due diligence and found this was completely false — there was no lien, and the property was titled under her LLC. It was clearly a fabricated excuse to back out of the deal for personal reasons. We had completed every part of the process: cleared all contingencies, paid for inspections, appraisal, and travel — and were fully ready to close. Even more devastating: we were relocating from North Carolina, had given notice on our lease, paid movers, sold furniture, and have a young baby. We now find ourselves homeless and scrambling to rebuild a plan with just days to spare. Chamberlain Realty made no effort to enforce the contract or hold their agent accountable. Grant quietly removed the listing and offered insulting alternative suggestions instead of helping us close the deal we were legally and ethically entitled to. We’re preparing to file complaints with multiple regulatory bodies, including the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission, to ensure no one reading this review ever has to endure the pain and stress our family is currently experiencing. If you’re considering working with Chamberlain Realty LLC or Holly King, please proceed with extreme caution. What happened to us was not just unprofessional — it was unconscionable.
Rhonda King. Truly the best. We just finished closing and I don’t have the words to clearly convey our satisfaction. Rhonda is a wonderful person and an exceptional agent to start with. Her dedication to the long term happiness of her …
Kristie was very nice and professional. She did an excellent job of listening to what we wanted and finding our new home, also she made sure to explain how all the things worked (we had no clue on how home buying worked). So grateful she helped us!
