Not so great massage. They do them fully clothed. Had an hour and all he did was dig up and down my spine. He did maybe 5 minutes on my shoulders and neck, and maybe 5 on my arms. Didnt even have me roll over. Just on my stomach the whole time. Foot massage felt good but again it was just eh. Big complaint is that the are very aggressive with the upselling. Once they start, they start whispering to you about more options. I admit i got caught up into it and they did get me from 30 minutes to an hour plus foot massage. I didnt mind though because it was cheap enough and i already expected it would happen per other reviews. I did though expect to get a real massage. Maybe their foot massages are good, but dont bother for a regular one
My partner and I went in for a foot massage. I saw they did full body as well as foot massage and I specified that we only want a foot massage. Foot massages in NOLA are generally more expensive than the locations in Dallas where we live. That's fine. What I didn't like is that two additional employees started massaging me and my partner's shoulders and saying that it's $144 each, almost $300 for the both of us. That is NOT what I walked in for. Not to mention the guy touching me had just smoked a cigarette so his hands smelled like smoke and he got lotion all in my hair. I was a little upset and said that's not what we walked in for and the guy said it was a "free sample" and they're not trying to pressure us. They immediately stopped and left. I didn't like that at all. I tried to enjoy the foot massage, eventually did, it wasn't bad. We paid $150 for two 1-hour foot massage. And I only wanted to tip $20 because I felt like they tried to swindle me and I was already overpaying and the man laughed that because I didn't want to tip them $20 each. Find another location, plenty of reflexology foot massage spots in the area and I saw a few that were more affordable too.
There are a dozen massage joints in the area and they all basically look identical, but my wife and I both got massages here and they were absolutely incredible. There wasn’t as much traffic because they’re a little farther from Canal Street, so we were able to go right in. They were very friendly and pleasant, I highly recommend!
Very intense. Fairly more expensive than what you’d pay in Slidell or somewhere else outside the city but good option nearby. If you get a combo or shoulder service make sure you wear a loose shirt or a shirt you don’t mind getting …
Great massage! Took us in with a last minute call at the end of the evening. They stay open till 11pm, which was amazing after a day on our feet site seeing. We both got 1 hour combo massages, which was basically a whole body massage with extra emphasis on the feet. More pricy than other foot massage places I've been ($300 for two people), but not as expensive as a day spa. The value was really in the convenience for me. Thanks again!
