I’ve been a patron at Regal Nails in Valley Ranch for more than 20 years. On occasion I’ve tried other places but I have never been satisfied with the quality of work I’ve gotten elsewhere. The pricing of services at this salon is very reasonable as well. Kathy is the most skilled and reliable nail technician I’ve experienced so I will keep coming back as long as she’s there! Although I don’t utilize brow services I’ve seen a lot of repeat customers who are pleased with the quality of work they receive from Kathy and her staff. I also appreciate the convenience of the location inside Walmart so I can shop before or after my appointments.

I’m never one to complain, I used to come to this salon growing up never had problems… last month I came here to get my nails done for a wedding…. Jenny did my nails. I asked for French tip well I got it but my right hand nails were clumpy and long and my left was short and somewhat the same with clumpyness.. when I left I realized the acrylic was stuck to my skin really bad under the nail I had to find ways to fix that because it hurt. I was to busy to go back granted having to leave town for a wedding… when I came back Cathy said she’d fix my nails but as well charged me for their mistake and poor service to begin with & I left with my skin cut horribly to the point I was bleeding…A month and a few days later my nails have officially begun to fall off and when they have they’ve ripped my natural skin to the point my nails are bleeding… I will never come back to this salon! The service is poor and the work is complete trash!! Guess that’s a sign to stick to my original nail tech…

Let me just say I’m super picky when it comes to my French tips, and Julie nails it every single time. She’s incredibly thorough, takes her time, and makes sure everything is perfectly clean for a flawless finish. It’s rare to find someone who truly pays attention to detail and doesn’t rush through the service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
