I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt this is needed for anyone researching for a new place. Massage was decent. That is the only reason it’s getting 3 stars. I wasn’t happy with them telling me to come back in a hour but I did. Then they charge me up front like I’m going to run out mid massages. Paid for 60 minutes . I received 46 minutes. As I was leaving she asked how I would like to tip. I said I had no cash but was willing to add it to the bill. They needed to run my card again.. she asked how much. I said 10$. Both the “therapist” the laughed. Then asked for 20$. I just didn’t appreciate the way they made me feel in the beginning and at the end. They could work on people skills. I still tip 20 but they lost a customer by being awkward and making their new customers feel uncomfortable. Not the vibes I want while trying to relax.
Asking for a tip is WILD. Of course I’ll tip, but you don’t have a slot for it on your receipt. Thennn you’re telling me that I have to pay a $3 fee to run my card. When I tell you that I don’t have cash, you give an attitude. Then when I tell you I’ll use my other card and you should disclose the three dollar fee, you get upset. Won’t be coming back, just cause you gave me attitude. By the way, my tipping game is absurd. Your girl rendered a 25% tip, but the lady at the front lost it.
I needed to take break and am glad I did. I chose an hour and Asa did a good job making sure to work on the areas that were giving me trouble lately. The place is very clean and the room are a good size and comfortable. Will I make a return visit, yes and soon.
Pricing is out of whack. And they don't do anything less than 30 minutes. We went there for a short foot massage for my wife whose feet were hurting from walking in a pair of heels. They said the only time options are 30-60-90 minutes and prices were $50-$65-??? accordingly. Foot massages are the same price as full body massages. I'm not a fan of the pricing structure or the time requirements.
I get regular massages and this is the best place to date I’ve been to. I am now a repeat customer not only for the massage but because they are a clean establishment. The massage therapists actually use hand sanitizer before and after the massage! 5/5 review!
