Renew Head Spa

This was my first head spa experience, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I had a very relaxing visit at Renew Head Spa. Booking online was easy, and I completed most of the paperwork before arriving. Once there, I filled out one final consent form before my scalp analysis, which consisted of a scan of my scalp before the treatment. Afterward, I was given a basket for my clothes, a wrap, slippers, and settled into the treatment room. The hair wash was exactly what I was hoping for. The scalp massage was thorough, and Ester really took her time. It felt like a good 30 minutes before she even moved on to the conditioning step, which I appreciated because I never felt rushed. The halo waterfall was one of my favorite parts. The warm water and the sound of it flowing made the experience incredibly relaxing. I also enjoyed the hot stone massage on my neck, shoulders, and arms. I selected a medium-pressure massage, but it definitely leaned toward firm pressure—which I actually enjoyed. I can only imagine what the hard pressure feels like! After the treatment, she showed me my scalp again so I could see the difference, then did a great job with my blowout. I paid the small additional fee for the blow-dry, and it was worth it for me. As a nice finishing touch, I was served tea along with a chocolate and a mint. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I would recommend Renew Head Spa to anyone looking to relax and treat themselves. I gave 4 stars simply because this was my first head spa experience, so I don't have another spa to compare it with.

This experience was amazing. I wanted to try a head spa so my friend researched authentic Korean spas for our birthday celebration. It's smaller than it appears to us on the website. We were fortunate to be in the same room downstairs and got the head and full body massage. We both Thoroughly enjoyed the experience that felt like it was half a day long. We are black females and you could tell they had experience with ethnic hair. Upstairs it appears a little less private because it's where everyone has to go to get downstairs and to get to the restroom with curtains separating each area. Also, great customer service. The pictures were taken before we left.

My experience with Betty was amazing! I’ve had a couple head spas at a couple other spots in the city and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. I was relaxed from the moment we began our session. Betty was very thorough with her massage, not to mention my hair is nice and clean 😊 I’ll be back!

My group of 7 and I went here for facials on my birthday! We absolutely loved our experience. It was exactly what we needed before our night festivities! My girlfriends even said it was the best facial she’s had in a long time. 10/10 recommend and will be going back!
