I had such a peaceful and relaxing experience at this nail salon. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff was kind, gentle, and really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. The massage chairs were soothing, the music was soft and calming, and I never felt rushed. My nails & toes came out beautiful, and I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and completely relaxed. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone needing a little self-care and quiet time! 💅✨ My nail techs for my mani and pedi was Tylin and Jaylynn!! I don’t understand how this place has so many 5-star reviews because my experience was far from it. From the moment I arrived, the experience was disappointing. The parking situation is terrible, and when I walked in, I wasn’t greeted or welcomed. Instead, I was just stared at until I asked someone where I was supposed to check in for my appointment. I was simply told to sit and wait. I had my nails done only three days ago, and by the second day, multiple nails had already cracked. I’ve been getting dip powder nails for years and have never had this happen. Nothing about my daily routine has changed, so the quality of the application is clearly an issue. Throughout my visit, the owners seemed to hover over everyone, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere rather than a welcoming one. No one offered me a drink, checked on my experience, or asked how everything turned out before I left. While the salon itself is beautiful, customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, it was lacking here. The one bright spot was my pedicure. The technician who did it was wonderful and did an excellent job, as she always does. However, the overall experience and the poor quality of my manicure mean I won’t be returning. Update: Nas fixed my nails and did an amazing job. They look and feel way better than before! It also took no time at all to do my nails which was a plus!

This is by far the best nail salon outside of Fort Worth. Everyone is SO nice and the atmosphere was so relaxing. Dory did absolutely amazing on my nails, working well past closed to assure they were perfect. This was the most attention to detail I've had payed to my nails by any nail tech I've been to. They were so accommodating, making sure I had a drink and I was comfortable in the chair. I would 100% recommend Reno Nail Bar and I will DEFINITELY be back!!

This is my second time going to Reno Nail Bar and the staff are always nice and accommodating. My husband even enjoyed himself and got the 24K pedicure. His legs where so glittery and it made me jealous. My nail tech was amazing and I loved my nails. He only had to see what I wanted once and did it exactly how I expected it to look like. Worth the visit and will make this my go to nail and pedicure place for us.

I’ve been here twice now and have been blown away both times. First time I just got a pedicure and it’s was divine. This last time I got this full set done. The artist Jacob really listened to what I said I wanted and executed it perfectly. I’m over the moon with how these turned out and will definitely be back soon! Also this set was more detailed than what I came in with and I paid less for these than I did the prior set from another salon in Azle. Great prices great customer service great team just great overall.
