I love Kevin. He’s my favorite nail tech. Apologies if I didn’t use the correct terminology. I try to remember to call in and request him. I didn’t get to do that today since I decided last minute and wasn’t sure what time I could make it in. I also didn’t ask when I walked in bc it was so busy, but I ended up having him anyway. I was very happy. He does great work. Very kind and always takes great care of me. I’ll always come here as long as he’s here.

I gave this nail salon a second chance because they do a great job on my niece’s nails, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I requested short, square ombré nails (pink to white), and the result looked nothing like an ombré. There was no smooth blend at all — just a pinkish/white look. On top of that, there are visible bubbles in the nails, which makes the finish look uneven and poorly done. I also got a manicure and pedicure, and the polish on the pedicure felt thick and cakey, similar to my previous visit, which makes me think the products may be old or not applied properly. For almost $200, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. This was my second attempt to give this place a chance, but unfortunately I won’t be returning. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of service for future customers.

I always have the best experience here. Queen has been doing my nails and pedi. She is the absolute best! She listens to exactly what I want and takes her time. Very professional. I love my nail lady!

Honestly if I could give zero I would. Went in to get a NAIL SOAK OFF. left with half my nail gone. I’m upset half my nail was ripped off. The Tec still tried to work on my OPEN wound at this point. I ended up just washing my hands and leaving. I’m even more upset that all I get is an apologize like this was just a normal act? I definitely didn’t pay and will not go back. I will be contact TDLR (Texas department of licensing and regulations).

They do a great job with callous removal! I liked the painting job. I got French tip. The massage was really good. They did hot stone, hot towel and paraffin wax. It seemed like the massage was for a good bit of time. They asked me if I liked the temperature of the water and they also asked me if I liked the paint job before doing the second foot. So all and all, I liked that they try to make you happy and request feedback. She didn't get upset when I wanted to clip one of my toe nails myself. I just preferred it shorter, Because one of my nails grow into the skin. All and all, some of the best customer service ive gotten at a nail place. Price is 43.00 plus 5 extra for French tip and with 20 percent tip came to 57.60 but I felt it was still a good value for the price.
