Beyond pho, Rice and Spoon Vietnamese Cuisine is known for garlic noodles, including versions with shrimp, where the garlic flavor comes through clearly without becoming overpowering. The ordering setup feels modern too, with tablets available along with physical menus, so first-time visitors can browse at their own pace and regulars can get in and out smoothly. At the same time, the reviews point to good flavor and texture across dishes, from chicken pho to spring rolls to Vietnamese coffee. That makes it a practical pick for mixed groups where everyone wants something familiar and easy to enjoy.

First time here. Outside it looks like a neighborhood hole in the wall restaurant. Inside it is very inviting and relaxing. Great for small groups and lunch meeting. Tried their garlic noodle dish. Very good with just enough garlic flavor without being overpowering. Their beef banh mi sandwich was very good as well. Meat was flavorful and tender. Also tried their spring rolls. Very good as well. You can't go wrong with whatever you order. Priced right. Free parking in front. Staff very friendly. Good spot to have a quick lunch.

The restaurant is quite small and cozy, located in a not-so-busy area, but the food quality is really good. I ordered the spring rolls, rare beef & beef meatball pho, and garlic noodles with shrimp. The pho broth was rich and flavorful, and the portion size was just right. The garlic noodles were also well-seasoned and suited my taste. I came after the lunch rush, so the place was quiet and peaceful—which I really enjoyed. The prices are a bit higher compared to the places I usually go to, but not unreasonable. I would definitely come back if I’m in the area again. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Super clean and nice services! They serve water cups even for take out orders! The taste is more creamy and well blended compared to some of the stronger garlicky or asian taste. This is probably modified to fit the western taste! Still pretty good! You can see they are trying to hold up to a standard and branding!

My classic beef pho was tasty. However,I found the broth to be a bit oily and greasy on the top. The spring roll was refreshing with the peanut sauce. The service was attentive and the food came out promptly. I also loved how they had tablets to place your order as well as physical menus. Pretty modern overall

Great food across the board. Nice service - making sure we get something we like. Gave our dog water outside, which was appreciated. Food had good flavor and texture from the chicken pho to the spring rolls to the vietnamese coffee. Only improvement was that the chicken was a little overcooked, but it's rare to find chicken pho without overcooked chicken. Amazing food after a hike.
