Awesome experience and Food. We had four different spring rolls. They were all fantastic. The ones with the jalapeño were very good. The sauces were unique and yummy. Highly recommended.
Where do i begin…Not only will you walk into this hole in the wall and be amazed by the interior but being welcomed by Janet & Vince (owners) you literally feel like family. Now regarding the food…. Im from Washington and we have a huge Vietnamese community so living in Arizona now for two year I had still not found a good place for PHO. That being said, I can say i have officially found MY PHO PLACE. The broth they prep two days prior to serving and you can taste the authenticity, Janet even said I’m not serving my customers a dish i wouldn’t serve to my own family!! We ordered a braised pork banh mi sandwhich too and OMG the juice and flavor coming out was unreal! Im excited to spread the word and take my friends and family but this will be my go to sunday meal moving forward. Lastly I want to shout out Enrique for his amazing service it was a pleasure having him serve us. Thank you Janet, Vince, and Enrique for such an incredible experience see you soon!
I came here specifically for a Pho craving and was delighted to find a new favorite restaurant (but not for the reason I expected). My partner and I ordered two rice paper spring rolls (Phat Budda and Chuck Norris) and it was an incredible flavor experience (so much so that by the end of the meal I wish I had omitted the Pho completely for more rice paper spring rolls). Though their Pho is lovely, it was the spring rolls that made us determined to come back for more. Both came with different sauces, the flavor and freshness was bold, and the quality was high.
We came for dinner on a Wednesday night and were able to get a table right away. We started with the spicy edamame which was nice and spicy came with plenty of sauce. We then had the Pho Chay and Trio Noodles. The pho is excellent, with …
You might easily walk past the entrance to this restaurant since the front windows are covered with what looks like... rice paper. However once inside it is casual, but welcoming and so are the staff. It was helpful that our server kept us updated on when our pho would be ready. To start we had the chicken wings which I usually dont like but these were pretty good, not greasy, slightly sweet and a mildly spicy with plenty of meat on them. Ginger tea was good, you get a small pot for $5. We've been to Vietnam and while the dishes are authentic, we didnt think the pho was exceptional. The soup was hearty but a little thin tasting, not bad at all but not amazing. However, I'd try this place again.
