Rios Golden Cut - Evers Rd.

One of the worst Rios experience I’ve had by far. I asked for an undercut with a 0 to 2 fade all around. An older lady that proceeded to cut my hair initially only clipped 1 side of my head and not the other side or the back. She did a terrible job on my hair line from the side of my head & back hair line, that looked crooked & uneven. Then became defensive & hostile after trying to explain to her it needed to be fixed & stated that I need to get my haircuts done at a barber from now on because they don’t do undercuts, little did she know, I called 2 days in advance to ask how much it was going to cost for an undercut, Which they did absolutely provide that specific cut in service. Then had the audacity to ask me for a tip. Numerous times I called to try to get a hold of the manager because he wasn’t there that day I got my haircut. Initially, when I called, they said that he was busy and that he will give me a call back even though they never called me back, Then called a couple more times afterwards the following week and asked, I needed to speak with their manager and they would hang up on me every single time. Completely unprofessional & rude. If she knew she wasn’t able to successfully cut my hair the way I wanted to then she should’ve stated that in the beginning, but she had no problem going in with trying to fade it without clipping my hair up properly and evening out my scalp line all the way around my head. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GETTING A HAIRCUT FROM HERE! They will blame you as the victim if you ask for them to fix their mistakes and completely ignore your calls when trying to get a hold of their manager.

The first time I walked into Rios a friend of mine recommended Martha. I needed color,haircut, shampoo and conditioner. I am very pleased with Martha. She does excellent work. She's very professional. She is an asset to your company.

Martha did it again. This was my second time there. She remembered hat she scissor cut my hair last time, and she asked "scissor cut right?". I knew then that I had made right choice in going there the first time. She did a great job cutting my hair. Thank you Rios Golden Cut and thank you Martha.

Been going here since I was young never had a bad experience from any of the lady's ill be taking my son here, amazing place.

I dont cur my hair unless I go there first place that listens to what I want done ! We drive from Broadway all the way to Ingram I had my eyebrows done r plus my mustache done lol im now the new 73 yr old looking good 👍
