Didn’t realize how extensive the shopping here is, with so many great stores and food hall options. A great place to escape the New Orleans heat during the day, or to wander through at the end of a busy day. It’s super clean, including the public restrooms, and since it’s located along the river, you can enjoy the water views. There’s a balcony off the upper level to watch the passing boats and occasional cruise ship. A lovely mall with something for everyone!

Very good place. They have a parking, I paid like 13 usd by 2 hours. The place is nice, there are good stores and is clean. Also food court. I saw: Nordstrom Tommy Hilfiger Crocs Guess Coach Burlington Levi's Lids Bath Etc Raising Canes Daiquiris Burgers There are nice views to the Mississippi River. I recommend here

What stood out immediately was how clean and well‑maintained the property is. Floors, storefronts, rest areas — everything looked cared for, which is impressive given the foot traffic. It’s clear the management takes pride in keeping the environment polished and welcoming. The store selection is excellent: a mix of designer outlets, recognizable national brands, and local favorites. Whether you’re looking for apparel, accessories, shoes, chocolate, or a quick bite, the variety is strong without feeling chaotic. The riverfront location adds a unique touch — you can shop, step outside, and suddenly you’re looking at the Mississippi like you’re in the middle of a travel magazine. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff across multiple stores were friendly and helpful, and the entire experience feels more elevated than your typical outlet run. It’s the kind of place where you can actually enjoy the process of shopping rather than rushing through it. If you’re in New Orleans and want a clean, scenic, well‑curated shopping experience with real discounts and a great location, the Riverwalk Outlet Mall is an easy five stars. We went to Puma, Coach, Sketchers, café Du Monte. Security in the mall.

My first time there.. we were going on a cruise and waiting to board. To kill time we went looking around.. the ladies at the information desk were the nicest people! We also stopped in after we got back, still just a friendly. I wish I would've gotten their names.

We got here early and parked at the end with the whale mural overlooking the parking lot. Walked the entire mall before stores opened and then worked our way back toward the car as we shopped. Great shops with some local items. Good place to walk with a small child and relax and shop.
