I’ve been going to Tori for the past 3 years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails! She is an incredibly talented nail artist who consistently exceeds my expectations. No matter what inspiration photo I bring her, she recreates it flawlessly with amazing attention to detail. What sets Tori apart is that she’s a true perfectionist. She takes pride in her work and makes sure every nail looks perfect before you leave. She’s also fast and efficient without ever sacrificing quality. Always a great job every time I come here. Found Tim on a random walk-in appointment one day and now he’s my absolute favorite. I’m very picky about my cuticle trimming and attention to detail with shaping my dip, and he nails it every single time without fail. Will always go to him from now on. I had such a great experience at Rose Couture Nail Bar! TramAnh did my nails and she was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet, patient, and paid attention to every little detail to make sure my nails turned out perfect. She really took her time and made sure I loved everything before I left. The salon itself was super clean and relaxing, and the whole experience felt so welcoming. I’ve already gotten so many compliments on my nails! I’ll definitely be coming back and booking with TramAnh again.

My first time ever at this nail salon. Hulu was my tech and she was amazing. I had the rc mimosa as my complimentary drink. My service was a lemon honey bee pedicure and trust me it is worth it!

I booked three appointments at this salon to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and unfortunately left very disappointed. When we arrived, we were told to check in but were never given any direction on where to go or what to do next. We sat down and no one spoke to us — no greeting, no explanation, nothing. The technicians eventually came over and did our nails, but there was zero interaction throughout the entire appointment. No “how are you,” no acknowledgment that it was a birthday, no thank you at the end. What was most frustrating was the lack of quality control. No one checked in to see how things were going, and when I tried to address concerns, I was told I would need to “find my own person” to help. Management never came by to ask how our experience was or if we were satisfied. We spent $240 for three manicures and three pedicures, and for that price, I expected basic customer service and better results. Instead, the experience felt disorganized and impersonal, and the nail quality did not reflect what you’d expect from a salon at this level. I was really hoping for a special experience for my daughter’s birthday, and unfortunately, this missed the mark.
