I had an amazing experience at Rose Couture. The customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. The nail techs were professional, friendly, and truly talented. My nails came out perfect exactly how I wanted them. The atmosphere was relaxing, and I genuinely had a good time during my appointment. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality work and a great experience!

CHRONIC. NAIL. BITER. HERE! Yes, unfortunately I have always had the misfortune of anxiety and biting my nails. HOWEVER, coming to JENNY has been such a wonderful experience. A friend of mine recommended her to me when I mentioned that I was wanting to start doing my nails again to make sure I could stop biting my nails. I will admit I was nervous about the price point at first. Jenny is worth every. single. penny. She is a great conversationalist, but best of all... anything you bring her, she can recreate it so it will fit YOU best. She knows my style and she always wows me with her beautiful attention to detail. The photos I have are of my three favorite sets (a little grown out at those points) and always perfect. Ohio State Buckeyes Nails Christmas Nails and my current celestial set. I look forward to all visits to see Jenny and pamper myself a little bit! The front desk staff are always helpful and bring you the drinks you want with your service while you wait. I love love love coming here and can't wait to go back!!

Update : We back after some time and saw Jenny for design and GelX. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. I am obsessed with my nails and she do a great job of the design and listening the edits of shape/length from inspo photo. Feel so much better and would recommend her. Original: Have been going several times (for gel) but been wanting to give my nails a break. Booked an appointment to have gel removed and do a refresh with “regular” polish Unfortunately even though I booked an appointment, I had to wait close to 20 minutes before a nail tech was able to see me. The manager did apologize for the time however you should not have to wait 20 minutes with an appointment booked more than two weeks out. The service I received this time unfortunately was mediocre at best, and I had to ask Sally to redo my nails a French tip twice however, even with the redo, it was not exactly how I wanted it to be. I noticed some of my skin had been cut and it was already getting late, so I decided to leave without asking for additional corrections. As you can see for the French, it doesn’t do a good job of line work, (and no curve to the lines) and there are still some holes in the sides. As it is close to my place, and this is the first instance, I will likely be back, but would not recommend a Sally for at least normal polish.

This place was beautifully aesthetic! Everything was pink and it was just so cute and girly. I felt really relaxed because the staff was very chill and they had so many options to choose from as far as colors. I went with a gel X French tip and they were quick so it didn’t take forever. The girls that did my nails were named Kim and Debby I believe and they did an amazing job. I got this set done on January 16 and it is lasted this long! I plan to go in next week to get a new set. 💅
