Sign in to reviewReview of Ross Store Experience I had a very disappointing experience at this Ross location. From the moment we walked in, the staff was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The store manager, Patricia, was especially unpleasant and made the situation worse instead of helping. We came in simply to shop for clothes, but were treated with an attitude that made us feel unwelcome. It’s unacceptable for customers to be spoken to that way, especially by someone in a management role who should be setting a better example. Ross really needs to invest in customer service and employee training programs at this location. Professionalism and basic respect should be the standard—not the exception.
This Ross it’s fine but the old lady at the fittings room tonight treat me really bad. I asked her simple question if my car don’t bother anybody where I parked and she said with very bad Actitud “OMG NOBODY WILL STOLEN MAAM” Omg super …
Very nice inside, A lot to choose from for men ,women and children. Prices below the department stores, with name brands that won't break the bank. A lot of toys for the kids as well. Very clean store, and the greetings person at the front when u walk in is so polite. No complaints here. Went and did a bit of Christmas shopping 12/1/24 for the grandkids and as usual you will find great items for less, which is great ! I still recommend this Ross at Katy Mills Mall.
I won’t be coming back simply because of their receipt policy. If they have a security person at the door and check out is by the door, what is the point? If you have cashiers who do not scan items, then take that up with your employees. …
The store was well stocked and staff were friendly and helpful. The check-out line was long but moved very quickly which was impressive.
