All the restroom doors are kept locked, which gives the impression that they’re being monitored or maintained — but the inside tells a completely different story. It wasn’t even 9 AM and the bathroom was already filthy. It shouldn’t fall entirely on one cleaning employee to manage that space. The closing shift and daytime staff should also help maintain cleanliness so customers don’t walk into such an unpleasant environment first thing in the morning. This store really needs to improve its restroom upkeep. I’ll be attaching pictures to show what I experienced.

Extremely disappointing and disrespectful experience at this Ross. I was stopped at the entrance because I had a bottle of water, and was told that no drinks are allowed inside. Fine, I can respect a store policy. But the employee’s rude and condescending attitude was completely unnecessary. He told me, “It’s written on the door, you must have read it,” while keeping me at the entrance and expecting me to take my water back to my car in the rain. I was also with children, who became scared and uncomfortable because of how the situation was handled. I’ve been to many Ross locations and have never experienced treatment like this. Policies can be enforced without disrespecting customers. I will be contacting corporate about this experience.
