I went inside to return some items. The clerk made a comment that the scanner barely scanned the item. Which felt like he was insinuating that I wore them until it could barely scan. However I bought them like that. It was just an odd comment when half the items in this ross look used. I guess since im being honest. This ross isnt even a ross I would want to shop in. They are sparse in their shoe, purse, and perfume collection. Do not get me started on their clothing department. Ive found more items in Marshall's and nordstrom rack. Everything seems disorganized. Everyone seems to work so slow regardless how long the line starts wrapping around the store. They will only have two of their slowest cashiers.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Ross location today. My 2-year-old daughter stepped on a sharp metal pin/nail in the children’s section of the store, which caused her foot to bleed and left her crying in pain. Thankfully the injury was not severe, but the fact that a sharp object was left on the floor in an area meant for children is completely unacceptable and a serious safety concern. What shocked us even more was the store manager’s attitude. Instead of showing concern or empathy, he told us this was “normal” because people remove security tags and the pins fall onto the floor. He implied that it was basically our fault for not being careful enough. As parents, hearing that this is considered “normal” inside a retail store was unbelievable. To make the situation worse, while our daughter was crying and upset, the manager wanted to take photos of her injury instead of first making sure she was okay. Accidents can happen anywhere, but how management responds matters. A children’s area should be safe, and customers , especially families with small children , deserve compassion and professionalism when something like this happens. Very disappointing experience.

One of the worst experiences in my life at this Ross. The manager is very exceptionally unprofessional and rude and manarless. She claimed she is the manager but she took off her ID and she didn’t want to provide her name. She is probably from Middle East, short on her 40’s. As soon as I went to the register she start rushing us even tho there were nobody behind us. She was rude with the other customers too. She lock the Fitting Room and lied about cleaning person took the key and left. Even tho she opened just couple minutes ago. She disrespected old woman just because she speaking in her language. Do not Recommend this ROSS AT SUGARLAND .👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Store was disorderly. Long lines and lots of empty space I guess where the seasonal and big furniture items may usually be stored. Love Ross for its affordable pricing and wide selection. They just need to tend to the stores tidiness a bit better

Worst experience at a Ross. This has to be one of the worst Ross locations I’ve ever been to. The fitting rooms were disgusting and smelled horrible. The customer service was terrible, the staff was rude and not friendly at all. The only nice person there was the man checking receipts at the exit. He was literally the only one with manners. The cashiers, on the other hand, had zero customer service skills.
