I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was disappointing from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the business did not appear particularly clean or professional. The employee at the front desk was literally asleep under a blanket when I arrived. He woke up from what appeared to be a nap to greet me. It felt more like I had walked into someone’s living room than a professional business. The lack of communication throughout the visit was another issue. When I was taken to the massage area, no one explained the process or instructed me to get undressed. I was simply led back and left to figure things out on my own. For a first-time customer, that level of communication is important. The massage rooms were also not actually private rooms. They were divided areas that offered very little sense of privacy or professionalism. As for the massage itself, I would rate it about a 4/10. I have received many massages over the years and can usually tell the difference between a therapeutic, relaxing massage and one that simply goes through the motions. Unfortunately, this experience fell into the latter category. I specifically paid for an aromatherapy massage, which is typically advertised as including essential oils intended to promote relaxation and stress relief. Instead, what was used appeared to be standard baby oil with no noticeable aromatherapy benefits whatsoever. It certainly did not feel like the service I paid for. The most frustrating part happened when I was leaving. After I had already paid, I was stopped and told I needed to pay more money for a tip. Tips are optional and should reflect the quality of service received. I was already dissatisfied with both the massage and the customer service, so being pressured to leave a tip was inappropriate and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, misleading aromatherapy service, below-average massage quality, and being asked for additional money as I was leaving made for a very disappointing experience. I will not be returning.

The lady chased me out the door scarily demanding a tip. Then I proceeded to give her a decent tip after I thought it was weird and she asked me if that was it. I get I may of been in the wrong for not tipping but they went about it the complete wrong way.

Very professional service from start to finish. I was seen promptly with minimal wait time, and the introduction to the massage process was smooth and welcoming. The therapist had great technique and applied just the right amount of pressure. My muscles felt noticeably relieved afterward. I’ll definitely be coming back.

May 2023 They have always done a good job on their services with me. They did pretty good today but it's not the same as it use to be. I like a stronger massage but it was relaxing. I have just been cautious to go back because they charged me over 150 last September so I have only been a couple of times since then. I feel a bit they are upset with me (but it could just be me) but I was upset because of how much they charged me and the pressuring. I want what I ask for and I am paying for a service. I don't want to be charged more than I am suppose to be and I am suppose to get a loyalty discount and didn't the last few times. I really never liked being pressured to tip. It really bothered me each time I went. I am not suppose to. I am paying for that service and they are doing the job I pay for. No one has to tip. A tip is an extra thank you. We don't always have the money to tip, even if we want to. .. If I was rich, of course I would. It makes people feel awkward and it makes me feel like I didn’t like them. I tip what I can, when I can. Today they did not pressure me and I am glad. It’s nice that they offer you to upgrade your service but maybe they need to print out, in English, a sales pitch in case someone wants to add a little extra time so everyone understands completely. They are nice they are quick to get you in and they take care of you the whole 30 minutes and they're really nice. They do a fantastic job. I feel like my feet and legs are brand new. I'm super picky and I don't like most of the places around here but this is my favorite, I don't care if it does look a little questionable on the outside. So please don't be so quick to judge because this place is a diamond May 8 2022 .It’s nothing fancy but it’s adequate. It’s clean, it’s comfortable. It’s a lot better than the other ones around this area. The gentleman did a fantastic job. I’m picky and I’ve had lots of massages and I want to come back and see this guy in just a couple days. My legs feel Brand New and I am so grateful because I was hurting so bad. They didn’t try to up-charge me, they didn’t pressure me on anything. They were very hospitable. They were very nice, and I felt very comfortable there. They will be my foot massage from now on.
