Expensive, overpriced and bad customer service. I was trying on an outfit and the saleswomen asked that I don't try on their designer outfits "just because". I still liked 3 and bought them, but really was shocked. Regretted giving them any business.

I recently visited this store to find an outfit for a wedding, and I had such a great experience! The customer service was amazing—everyone was so friendly, helpful, and really took the time to assist me in finding the perfect look. They have a beautiful selection of Pakistani fashion with so many elegant and stylish options. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something special for an event!!!!

Extremely disappointed with the service at this store. The sales associate, Soraya, was shockingly unprofessional and treated us as if we couldn’t afford the clothes we were trying on — even though we ended up purchasing multiple outfits totaling over $2,000. We put multiple outfits aside for the fitting room and bought more than half, yet she constantly rushed us as if we were an inconvenience. To make matters worse, she rushed us at checkout because their restroom was out of order and she needed to go next door — having us helping pack our own purchases after already receiving poor service. The final straw was an outfit with a broken tassel that she promised to have repaired overnight for us to pick up in the morning. When we called to check if it was ready for pickup , she casually told us it had been sold and was never repaired for us as promised. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Writing a negative review was not my first option as I called back to speak to the owner/manager and was told that was not going to happen, but there should most definitely be some sort of consequence. The only reason this store stays in business is because of the quality brands they carry, not because of the staff. Soraya’s attitude and lack of professionalism made what should have been a pleasant shopping experience completely miserable.

I have been a client of Runway Pret since it's inception the repeat business with this boutique confirms the customer service of Nazia and her staff. Like every woman I love wearing styles that are unique yet affordable and Runway pret has always exceeded my expectations. Nazia is a very honest critic she just won't sell you something that is not suitable for your personality and that's what I absolutely adore about her. I highly recommend everyone to check her unique Pieces and rock any event from party to wedding. Thanks Nazia

I am Forced to put a review. I am Not at all happy as I have bought very many outfits from them. 6 months ago I made a dress to order. It took a month ofcourse and I paid $250 for a pink 2 shades satin kaftan. It was absolutely beautiful. When I ordered the lady on the counter she requested me to Order a L though I am a Medium. I trusted her becoz I love their designs and price too. I wore it one evening for 2 hours only, for a reception and when I came home I was surprised the whole dress from the chest to the stitching is in a mess. I kept it thinking maybe I should I should not go to them, as they may Put the blame on me. I love the outfit but I can’t wear it as it’s looking very very bad. I would Love to Post the pictures but I wonder how. I hope they work with me and help with options. My hard earned money on that dress and I am Unable to wear it at all. From then to now I do t go to their store. I feel Miserable for what I got at a price full of trust. It did cost me My trust on Runway Prett. 🥺
