Randy and Joey did an amazing job helping me get my first house as smoothly as possible! I had no idea where to start in buying a new home. But a good friend introduce them to me and I am glad she did. They were very honest people when it comes to buying a home. Randy taught me a lot when it comes to looking at small details in the home like the foundation of a home. I never even taught of looking into that. Joey helped me a lot on the financial part and especially insurance. I am very please in the home I purchased. I couldn't do it without them. They really are trying to help you get a home that is secure and safe which I really needed for a long term home. It really does matter who helps you when buying a home. Joey Blanco... THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!! When my wife and I decided to sell our OK house, in order to move to ID, my first thought was, "great, I get to go through realtors to find out which one will work for our interests". We happened across Mr. Blanco almost by happenstance. We looked up RWB Realty online, and were instantly impressed by the 2 gentlemen in the video. They came across as supremely genuine, and we made an appointment for someone to visit us at our house. Joey Blanco showed up at our house, and upon first meeting, we knew that what we saw in the video was what was standing in front of us. Joey introduced himself, and we knew we had our guy. Joey understands how to handle people, especially in a high stress situation of selling your house and moving yourself. An attribute that is paramount in being able to communicate properly with folks who have to handle every aspect of a move on their own. Joey was supremely patient with us through the entire process. And he stayed in communication with us on every aspect of the sale. Nothing was left in the dark. His assessment of our property and its value was right on target. His care for what we were dealing with (closing our business in OK, restarting same business in ID, packing our 40K pound property ourselves, dismantling everything on 1.75 acres ourselves, etc...) never waned or went unnoticed. After the inspection, a roof replacement had to be done. And that was after we had to leave to get to ID and leave our loved property behind, empty and defenseless. Joey was great in checking on our property every day after we left, to make sure nothing went wrong. And showing up during the roof replacement, verifying that all was going to plan. There are many other things that could be and should be said about Mr. Blanco. The main point from us is that Joey did something for us, something that has fallen VERY short of the mark in the last 20 years, he became a friend who was willing to stand by our side during one of the hardest things we had to do. Yes, he was earning a paycheck, and deserved twice what he was paid.... but, there are MANY folks who just earn a paycheck, VERY FEW who are confident enough about being able to be professional and PERSONAL at the same time. Joey compromised with us in a variety of ways in order to help our bottom line... he didn't just look out for his. His integrity, honor, honesty and unselfishness showed every day, every phone call, every text. He started and stayed transparent through this whole process. He is THE REALTOR you want on your side when you sell your house, because you gain a real friend in the process. Joey and Randy really have gone above and beyond to help me sell my house! They are wonderful to work with, they are patient, knowledgeable and have great energy!
