Several customers mention repairs following accidents, including substantial door damage that one reviewer said was left looking like new. Other examples include a scratched BMW X3, a large scratch a customer had been unable to fix themselves, and repairs to a headlight and hood. These accounts offer a useful picture of the work customers have brought to the shop without suggesting that every repair is the same. If your vehicle has collision damage, a scratch, or a damaged exterior component, you can contact the shop or bring the car by to discuss the repair. One reviewer said they were invited to stop in the following day at a convenient time, though availability can vary.

Communication is a recurring part of the customer feedback. Reviewers describe staff explaining the steps involved, keeping them informed during repairs, and helping make the process easier to follow. One customer specifically praised assistance with insurance details, while others appreciated repairs being completed in a timely manner. These are individual experiences rather than a guarantee of timing or insurance outcomes, but they can help set expectations for the kind of service customers have described. Several reviewers also mention a welcoming, family-like approach and staff who made them feel comfortable during a stressful repair.

S & F may suit Boston-area drivers looking for a local place to discuss body damage, accident repairs, or vehicle detailing. A reviewer who came in for scratch repair said the team also cleaned the interior and exterior, leaving the car looking brand new to them. That account reflects one customer's experience, not a promise that cleaning is included with every repair. The shop's listing includes auto detailing and auto sales alongside its repair-related name, so customers can ask directly which service fits their needs.
