Sign in to reviewTried the curry at Sabai Thai and it did not disappoint. I got it at spice level 5 and yeah… it’s definitely up there on the heat scale. If you love spicy food, you’ll be happy. What I really liked though was the flavor. Even with all that heat, the curry was super rich and well balanced. It wasn’t just spicy for no reason — it actually tasted amazing. Definitely coming back.
Our first time here was wonderful thanks to Tupe’s customer service, the best coconut rice cake and delicious entrees. The owner Money makes the coconut rice cake - customers can have this as a dessert or order it ahead of time as a whole cake. The basil and pineapple fried rice with chicken were perfection. There is plenty of seating inside and ample parking outside. We will be back!
Was very excited to try this place based on the reviews and the website marketing it as the most authentic thai spot in Dallas. I've been to thailand many times and loved how flavorful and pungent the dishes there were, so hoped to relive those memories by ordering here. The reality was much more pedestrian: the basil fried rice didn't incorporate that much basil so there was only a hint of basil flavor rather than a full, permeating flavor; the chicken curry had overcooked and tough chicken; and the mok paa (which is supposed to be their signature dish) was good but incredibly skimpy on the portions, I think I paid $16 for a fish filet the size of 4 quarters side by side. Nothing was downright bad and if I got this at a cheap hole in the wall I would be ok with it, but I think the overpromising and underdelivering at this price point left me very disappointed.
Service was great. People are super nice and welcoming. The place was very nice great vibes and good menu options. Our food came out amazing. I love every bite and wanted more but we were so full. Thai tea was very good a lil heavy on the ice but very tasty. Food came out so fast I was very shocked especially for how much and tasty it was. A great place to go for any occasion especially if you're in a rush need a bite to go that's so good and worth it.
I decided to check this place out since it was near where I worked. The food was great I didn’t get the chance to take pictures because I was almost done with the food before I remembered. I got the pad see ew with beef and it was so good. The service was good and it was nice and quiet while dining in but that could be because I was the only one in there. If you have the chance check this place out
