Horacio is the absolute best! i love this guy so much. he gives me the best haircut ive ever received. he doesnt cut hair for you to look good in the moment, he cuts your hair to grow into something special. all aspects of the cut are precise and grows into something better than what you could think it was. Horacio is only available if you call the Safar fromt desk you cant find him on the website. he is a hidden gem that wont just cut your hair, he will turn you into the newest beightest version of yourself. you cant get that in many places and you definitely cant find that in many people. next appointment at safar should be with horacio!
Have been going here for over 10 years for highlights on dark brown hair. Stephanie is always able to get that light and bright blonde without any brass. Efficient and exactly what I was hoping for every time! Simply the best salon on Newbury!
