Sahara Hospice Care

My mother is under their Hospice care for over 1 month now. and I am extremely happy and satisfied with the way the team is taking care of my Mom. Both Samson and Maria are very caring and compassionate. Always on time and always a call away. Medicines and supplies are arranged very quickly by the team. I highly recommend Sahara Hospice for those who are planning a hospice care for their old parents.

If I could give Sahara Hospice 1 million stars I would. The Care that Sonia and Jackie gave my mom during the last six weeks of her life is unbelievable. They cared for her as if she was their own mother. As someone who has recently lost their father and also now their mother, ensuring that our mom had the best attention and an attentive staff was our biggest priority. We became close to the staff, and they were extremely responsive whenever we had any questions. They treated my mom with dignity which I am forever grateful for thank you very much.

The care, comfort, and concern for patient and family along with communication was highly regarded and truly received with confidence from Sahara. The nurses and health care aid were approachable and addressed questions with patience, knowledge, and a care for the patient and in my case, my mother. Before placing my loved one in hospice, I experienced by what I could view the engagement with those clients they cared for at the facility, and also in sharing hospitality with other residents just in their passing by. No doubt seeing this did I question that Sahara reflected whom I'd reach out to care for my loved one in time for hospice care. It made it such any easy decision; one needed in a difficult time of being a caregiver for your loved one. My questions, concerns and addressing of needs were followed up with great care, giving me comfort and peace. The care and comfort from their staff were professional and full of exceptional care.

Sahara gives my Dad and family hope! From the owner, Mr. Robin to my Dad's nurse, Mr. Samson to his nursing aide, Ms. Wendy, the DME company, the pharmacy they use... it's just been 9 days since my Dad has been discharged to hospice and he is getting stronger! When the hospital that supposedly is the leading heart hospital in the country discharged my Dad to hospice telling us that they've done all they can do for my Dad with so many uncertainties and that he just needs to go home after 45 days in the ICU to be comfortable, Sahara reassured us with all our worries and anxieties and gave us wings. In less than 24 hours, they mobilized. My Dad was so weak when he was discharged but after 9 days, he is gaining strength little by little each day - contrary to what the hospital doctors prepared us of what is up ahead. With their help and with God's grace, we are living a miracle in each moment of each day since my Dad was discharged. I would recommend them over and over again. Kudos to such a great team!

I was lucky enough to be referred to care by this group by my provider. Joyce and Samson were my incredible nurses. I will always hold a place in my heart for them because they were so caring to me during a very difficult time. Samson Was my first nurse, and he was very careful with my situation and helped me to learn how to care for myself properly. He also had a genuine character. Joyce was very thorough and kind and good at patient care as well. She always made me feel like I was in good hands. I am so glad they helped me. I highly recommend them.
