Sign in to reviewAfter shopping at the outlet close by, my girls wanted pho for lunch and it was on our way home. 1st time at Saigon 512, and have heard their pho is pretty good. The chicken pho, eye round, and beef pho are good! The onions made is little sweet, which I like and the Vietnamese crepes was very delightful. Highly recommend if you're in between Round rock and Georgetown.
We visited Restaurant 512 on Sunday morning with a group of five. We ordered four dishes: Pad Thai Chicken, Pan-Fried Rice Noodles Combo, Stir-Fried Egg Noodles seafood , and Banh Cuon with Ground Pork. …
Soooo good! Love this place. The N2 Hu Tieu Ap Chao is delicious. Fresh spring rolls. Crispy egg rolls. Generous servings. Excellent service. Can’t go wrong.
Absolutely delicious! We ordered the A5 Mini Vietnamese Crepes, VS5 Vietnamese Rice Crepe (Ground Pork), and the Combination Pho. We asked the staff for recommendations, and they were spot on! The shrimp mini crepes were wonderfully crispy, while the Vietnamese rice crepe had a perfectly chewy texture. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. The crepes paired perfectly with the fresh herbs and house fish sauce. The Combination Pho had a rich, flavorful broth and was loaded with generous portions of meat. The female staff member was exceptionally kind and welcoming, and the restaurant was clean, comfortable, and inviting. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!
Saigon 512 is amongst the top rated Vietnamese restaurants in the Austin-Metro area! I’ve been coming here occasionally the past few years (before and after their renovation) and leave satisfied every time. I uploaded their recent menu items as they have a new staff and are still in the process of training them to serve their whole menu again. My personal favorites that I get on rotation each time I come are the Banh Cuon w/ Pork (Vietnamese Rice Cake), Large Banh Xeo (w/ no squid), and Com Ga Di Bo (Rice Plate w/ Boiled Chicken). I always order a side of Goi Cuon Nem Nuong with my respective entree as well. The Sugar Cane Juice is absolutely delicious, fresh, and not too sweet. The service here is always friendly, attentive, and timely. Nice relaxing atmosphere with television and restaurant music for your dining experience. Definitely recommend for all my fellow Vietnamese food lovers!
